Im making a new training for myself that will increase my strength by alot also my vertical (how high I jump). Also I will be keeping my body fat down to 7-9 for BB reasons. Less wieght higher I can jump also I been bulking. I im typing the routine I will be doing right now, Ive done alot of research about it so I get the max out of it. Hope you guys like it and give it a try.

About to do todays workout, also 2 days after chest I like to do some exercises for size developments such as butter flies and 1 arm db press. 10 reps for 2 sets each, Its not much but will help and I dont want to run into over training. 2 days after curls I do preachers and hammers for 10x2 also. Well ill get back to you after todays workout and tell ya how it went. HEY I also got a new girl friend im proud of : ) red head kinda scary there lol but shes a straight A student. Could'nt believe she said yes since I get in trouble 24/7 and have a 1.8 gpa to her 3.7. The highest gpa is 4.0 if you did'nt know. Shes quiet also took awile to get 2 know here because shes shi and didnt really wanna talk to me at first have 1 period with her being gym it was hard to get to know her. Once she knew me she talked all time to me and always wanted to be on my team so I figured she liked me and asked her out and it was a yes. So today was a very good day for me still have a grin : )

well I have completed my first goal and my new goal is to increase my max strength in these exercise in 5 months.

bench right now is 180 goal is 250
vertical right now is 22 inch goal is 30
barbell curl right now is 95 goal is 140
dead lift right now is 160 goal is 200

Im getting back on track with this forum I been learning about how to jump higher and mechanics of it and all. You would be surprized at all the stuff there is about it. Now that I have it all down this will be my 1 and only place again.
