GNC creatine VS. No-Xplode
-
Wednesday, January 12, 2005 6:25 PM
i have been seriously considering different creatines lately. ive looked at whats in both the GNC creatine and No-Xplode. i heard no-xplode is unbelievable. GNC definatly kicks its ass in the essentials, Calories, Protein, and Carbs. but the No-Xplode destroys GNC creatine in the other areas, vitamins, acids, etc. im going for strength so which would be better?? (i am also taking no2, so it should be somtin to stack good with it.) anyone have any good ideas??? anyone tried either and willing to fill me in on em?? any help is appreciated.

I'm a bit more of a cheap-ass myself. I take ON's micronized creatine powder, which is about 20 bucks for a 2kg tub. Then I eat well and take a multivitamin and colloidal minerals. I also don't blow my wad on NO2, either. I take plain NOW L-Arginine powder. BTW, I gained another pound of mass this morning.

Im on just regular creatine monohydrate from GNC. It was the cheapest for a large amount and seems to work well if you take it directly after excercise and/or with sugars -Ch

Celltech has given me the best results I've had out of a creatine.
No, I'm not on steroids but thank you for asking.

V12 or V12 Turbo from S.A.N. is another really good product. Mixes easy, tastes like really strong kool-aid. It also has stuff like glutamine, taurine, etc. Kind of expensive, but I got a good deal from bodybuilding.com store. After about 1 to 2 weeks usage I noticed greater pumps (my forearms, triceps, calves got so pumped I could see veins popping out of them. forearms sometimes hurt from too much of a pump), more energy in the gym, increased strength. It says to take once a day but I take it once in the morning and once at night.

I have been on no-explode for about a week now, and I havent seen much results muscle wise yet, at least i dont think the effects im feeling are; ---just today for the first time my arms were killing me at school all day, My veins were hurting badly on both my arms(he whole arm), im pretty sure it was from no-explode. Even though it hurt and it wasnt anything nice, i thought it was helping me and it was something good. I realy dunno, if someone does please tell me ---and when i arm wrestled this kid in school while my arms were killing me, it even got worse! i mean extrememly bad, i couldnt even feel the pain on my other arm anymore. ---im not sure this one is from no-explode but i think it is, couple of times today, when im walking, i get this weird kind of dizzyness, some kind of dizzyness i've never felt before in my life, nothing too serious first supp im taking, are these effects normal? do they mean anything?

I just picked up a bottle of No-xplode, I was going to try it out tomorrow but this damn cold/flu set my plans back a few days. Seems like it should work though. Plus w/ my gold card (ohh yeah I'm V.I.P) it was only like $35 for the bottle. Guess that wasn't much help but once I try it I'll let everyone know.

WOW just today, right now, after my bicep workout, I felt HUGE gains, i mean like no pump i have ever felt before in any of my workouts. I can only move my elbow about 10 degrees... I'll see what happens tommorow.. or in like a week...
