That's exactly the point. MuscleTech products are usually comparable to much cheaper ones. Therefore if money was no object, go for either! It just annoys people that they claim that their products will do more than it ever seems even possible... and usually because it isn't possible.

If you really want to use creatine and protein it is perfectly alright. i would reccomend MRI CE2 for the creatine. and any type of protein. if you go on creatine i would eat every 3-5 hours and drink at leas 64 ounces of water. good luck on your gains!!!

Ok I hope I am getting this right with creatine you get the illusion of gaining muscle size and a temporary boost in strength. so as soon as you stop taking it all of that goes away even if you took advantage of the strength increase while taking it you will go back to doing the same amount of weight as you did before right?

I really gotta try creatine some time.  I've never tried it, but if it will help me lift more, then hell ya!

I drink whey shakes way too much.  I have one in the morning, pre and post workout, and sometimes before bed.  I friggin love them, so I just drink them just because I crave them.  It's been working pretty good for me though, so I can't complain.

If you've never tried muscle milk, then stay away from it, cause if you crave whey shakes all day, muscle milk tastes like 5x better.  It's so hard for me to keep myself from drinking more than 1 a day

... but moreso that creatine is alot more bioavailable if taken in a warm fluid such as tea.

Most of what you post is correct.  This statement simply is not.  Either a substance is more bioavailable or it isn't.  It depends on how your body reacts to what you put in it.  How bioavailable a substance is doesn't matter if it dissolves better in a warm liquid outside the body.  Only how your body reacts to it.  For example:  Table sugar (and salt among other substances) dissolves better in a warm liquid than a cold liquid.  Does that make it less bioavailable if it's in a cold liquid when you swallow it?  Does that mean that you can eat a ton of it if you put it in a cold liquid because it's less bioavailable (Think Coca-Cola)?  Does that mean we have to drink warm salt water to not get goiters because it's more bioavailable in warm water?  I don't think so Tim!!!  (If you've ever watched Home Improvement, you'll get that).  What happens to a cold liquid when you swallow it?  It warms up inside the body.........Kind of silly now to think "that creatine is a lot more bioavailable if taken in a warm fluid such as tea" isn't it?  You'll be able to dissolve more creatine (the solute) if the liquid is warm, but that doesn't mean it's more bioavailable than if it was in cold water.

A substance's bioavailability is determined by the substance and how its surrounding affect it. Affecting it simply meaning denatured or not. Increasing the temperature of the liquid you dissolve it in will make it dissolve more and therefore have a larger total surface area and increase the rate at which your body uses it. This may change how much is obsorbed, but is not synonomys with bioavailability.

This is what I said, but in English.  If you want to make it more complicated, we can talk about sn1 vs. sn2 type of reactions. Learn some Biochem.  Nobody mentioned denaturing of proteins.  Can I assume that spelling isn't your forte either?   "obsorbed"? (close on that one)  "synonomys"?  (WTF?)

I take creatine  (5grams) w/ mixed in my whey shakes pre and post work out.  This makes sure there is creatine in your blood stream when your muscles are depleted during the work out and then your give your muscules more post work out for recovery. This is only 10grams total, i see ppl taking much more but i think it is not neccessary because your muscules saturate w/ creatine and then the rest is wasted. It only stays in your blood stream for about an hour (from what ive read) but can stay in your muscles for as long as 4 days, so no need to take it on your off days in my opinion.
