holly **** that arm day ****ed me up lol hell of a pump. I took off about 3-4 sets on both biceps and triceps I also didnt do the last 2 exercises on arm day either.

front squat- 8x3
front shoulder raise- 8x3
leg extensions- 8x3
side shoulder raise- 8x3
lounges- 8x3
rear shoulder raise- 8x3
straight leg deadlift- 8x3
1 arm DB side raises-10x2
1 legcalf raises- 15x3
both leg calf raises -50reps

100 crunch warmup
100 5pound crunches
100 10pound crunches
roll out abs curl
20 leg lifts
50 twist crunches
50 10pound crunches
roll out abs curl

Well im happy to say I have no lack of motivation now Smile I look forward to make workouts hardcore now which is very good knowing that a month ago I lost motivation but now im all Smile like a pro!Smile and really looking forward to next months pictures ill be taking 3/20/08

Today I did....
flat bench-6,4,2
pull ups-8x3
incline bench-8x3
machine rows-8x3
incline DB press-8x3
Deadlifts-8x3
flies-10x3
lat pull downs-8x3
machine press-10x2
on floor rows-10x2
cable press-10x2
shrugs-10x3

hell of a workout right now my stomach is all messed up I think its because of all those SizeOn pills and all the garlic I think thats what it is in them. Also I got 205 for 8reps

20 ab roll outs
20 leg lifts
100 10lb crunches
ab roll outs
decline crunches
100 crunches
leg lifts
15 mins jumpin knees while rolling shoulders
10 mins speed high knee walking
10 mins jump roping

Did biceps/triceps last night and did cardio on treadmill then did jumping jacks after. I havent done jumping jacks since 2 years ago lol but there a real nice exercise and I plan to add them in to my normal routine.
