Today I did.... flat bench-6,4,2 pull ups-8x3 incline bench-8x3 machine rows-8x3 incline DB press-8x3 Deadlifts-8x3 flies-10x3 lat pull downs-8x3 machine press-10x2 on floor rows-10x2 cable press-10x2 shrugs-10x3 hell of a workout right now my stomach is all messed up I think its because of all those SizeOn pills and all the garlic I think thats what it is in them. Also I got 205 for 8reps
