I'm slightly disappointed, I have no rivals for which to quarrel with....

Well I did have a pretty interesting life so far.....

- I was born
- I went to school and didn't really do anything cool
- I learned to play guitar at age 11
- I joined a bodybuilding forum at age 25
- Now I have a desk job where I sit and type stuff on this bodybuilding forum, and I wait to go home so I can play my guitar and lift weights.
- Sometimes there's some naked chicks along the way too.

Although his username is obviously offensive, it isn't anyone's priority to point this out and attempt to fix the problem. (That is the moderators job)
Rather, it would have been better just to simply ignore the username whether offended or not, or turn him in somehow. For example, if you don't like smoking, and you see someone smoking, that does not give anyone the right to make a childish scene out of the whole thing. Instead, let us all keep these posts professional, and aimed at the real goal here; becoming stronger both mentally and physically.

Also, i would refraim from taking supplements such as creatine at the age of 14, rather I would suggest to go towards Whey or Casein based protein products. Protein is far more important than creatine; and might I also suggest to try to get at least 7 hours of sleep, because sleep will play a bigger role in muscle growth and maintenance as well.

This thread isn't really about the creatine or his username. I just take offense to it, and had the balls to say something about it. I find it to be ridiculous that someone actually thinks its socially acceptable to use a satanical name such as his in a place where it's public and someone like me is bound to find it. I'm the wrong person to piss off, and if you notice in this thread, it's quite clear.

Normally, I'm a fun loving individual who enjoys long walks on the beach, skipping in parks, and totally wrecking opposing middies on the lacrosse field.

I played D-Pole this year; but the coach wouldn't let me do weightlifting team and lacrosse at the same time, and because i'm more into weightlifting, i stuck with that instead.

I'm suppose to lift with the team, but I dont because they play the numbers game and I learned my mistake before with the strength coach. Asshole. Anyway, the lax coach knows I do my own thing so he's cool with it, as long I play the field he doesn't care that much. Lacrosse, Lifting, Soccer, and Cross Country? I'm thinking about XC, only reason I'd do it is that alot of my friends are on it, sounds like a challenge, good for endurance, keep me lean during a bulking period. (September-January)

Being in this teenage it is not necessary go to bodybuilding but adopting a good diet plans is very much necessary for you now, I think. For bodybuilding and building muscles your minimum age should be above 18 so my good advice is to follow some good diet plans and ofter reaching certain age go for bodybuilding it will be good for your health. Go through the link for a good diet plan and bodybuildng supplements.

Creatine is in general overrated. Hard work is the best thing to do, and protein is the weightlifter's real best friend.

Also, creatine is dangerous, and a lot of kids will often abuse it or not take it properly.

I think he meant if an individual supplements with creatine and drinks an extra glass of water and thats it. Basically disregarding the entire ideal of adding water to the muscle, with no extra water...doesn't work.

Creatine isn't dangerous at all if supplemented with correctly, and is a staple in some/most bodybuilders and athletes alike.

basically, hitler, your 14 and right now your body is in a perfect state to naturally pack on some beef. all you need to do is take in 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight, eat healthy foods and lift weights on a regular basis. other than that, just get enuogh sleep and within a few months time you should be seeing progress. make sure you get down a good routine, you can more than likely find a great routine on here. and before you start worrying about the weights your putting up, focus on your lifting form, that is probably most important.

consider yourself lucky! you're starting before alot of others had the chance to! this is your time to get ahead!

What i'm saying is that creatine IS dangerous if not supplemented properly and kids often abuse this very often. I know kids who claim to have had kidney stones because of improper use of creatine. I will agree though, that it is completely safe if TAKEN PROPERLY. :) (Although i still don't reccomend it for a 14 year old just looking to gain some size or strength)

A lot of wrestlers dehydrate themself to lose weight, and this becomes extremely harmful, especially when creatine is in the body. Creatine, does not work as efficiently without water, and otherwise it will just stay in your digestive system for a while.
