Just out of curiosity, what are some natural, non ephidrine fat burners? I read that Veriunit Thermo is non-ephedra. Believe me, I do need a kick start when I work out in the gym. Even though I don't follow a strict diet, I don't eat alot of greasy foods either and I still feel tired when I go workout.

The thing about fat-burners that I don't like is that what happens if/when you stop taking them? I prefer to lose weight the old-fashioned way. If you are feeling sluggish at the gym, is it after you workout, before or just in general the whole thing is tiring? Also, like ItalianAngel, the diet can be energizing when healthy! REally! That's MUCH better for you then popping a pill to "quickly lose unwanted bodyfat". It really gets on my nerves when I see comercials for "quick weight-loss/increased energy pill" on TV. There's no magic pill.... Just got to eat healthy, find an exercise that motivates you to do more and more, then be nice to yourself. We beat ourselves up for gaining weight and we want it off, yesterday..... Well, it took time to gain it and it's gonna take time to lose it. The slower the better, b/c good habits are being established to lose and keep that weight off. You can do this!!
