SupahMan's Heavy Metal Iron Master Super Strength Bulk-Up-O-Matic Journal - Tuesday, January 22, 2008 10:26 PM
Theme Song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9imkPHCtqwk

LOL. Decided to take a humorous approach to my journal because I usually have great results with a light hearted attitude

Anyways.

Suppliments: None except for Flintstones Gummy Vitamins (3 a day. Don't laugh. They increase my appitite like crazy. lol).

TODAY:

Meal 1: Huge plate of Pasta (Spaghetti Noodles, Homemade Tomato Sauce, Potatoes, Carrots), 3 stewed chicken legs, 2 bannana.

Meal 2: Repeat of meal 1, only 2 hours later.

WORKOUT: "Hormone Production (big movement excercises)"

Warmup - 10-15 minutes of Vinyasa Yoga postures.

Inclined Bench Press machine (please don't laugh at my pathetic strength. LOL.): 110lbs, 100lbs, 90lbs (testing the waters to find my max on this one) 8 reps x 4 sets.

Deadlift: 100lbs, 8 reps x 4 sets (figured out, it's not my max)

Assisted Chinup: 8 reps x 4 sets (to failure) @ 100lbs res (LOL. I know.).

The squat machine at our gym sucks, so I opted for the seated Leg press (I generally don't do squats without someone with me for safety reasons).

Leg Press: 350 lbs, 8 reps x 4 sets

Cooldown: 5-10 minutes of cool down specific stretching and Vinyasa postures.

After the gym, I rushed home quick for *duh, duh, duuuuh* Meal 3.

Meal 3: Packet of tuna, 4 oz of Chicken Breast, 3 Bannanas.

And now I'm here! w00t! (I work nights so more meals to come).

Does everyone get an almost euphoric sense when they bulk-up? Because every since I started bulking up and eating like a pig, I've been one happy camper

One thing worth noting: The area I want to build the most (my upper back) is being hit SOOOO good with many excercises. I'm loving it!
