Diet is tight.
multiv/fish oil/whey
I worked out today. DAMN it was hard. AND way too hot. I had to wear the least possible clothes w/o being nekkid. I hate to expose anythig, but damn it is too hot. plus the ghetto gym I go to is a sauna.

I think I can get a nice tan if I go running outside. It is hot!!!!!!

Front squat   1X10     75
                   1X10     85

Step up                          2X10   2 -25 dumbbells
Dumbell one-point row    2X10 2-25 dumbbells

lunge/rear foot elevated  2X10 2-15 dumbbells
push up                           2X10

Plank on Swiss ball         2 sets 60 seconds

Wide-Grip deadlift from box           2X10 @75
**I did a wide-grip deadlift w/ no box.

Bulgarian split squat   2X10 w/ a set of 25 dumbbells
Underhad-grip lat  pulldown        2X10 @80

Walking lunges 2X10 25lbs dumbbells
**I was suppose to do a reverse lunge from box w/ foward reach.
Dumbbell prone Cuban snatch 2X10 12lbs dumbells
**I felt super weak. I tried it with 15's and I could not lift it at all. super weak. did not like the snatch!

Swiss ball crunch 2X10
Reverse crunch 2X10
Plank 2X 60secs
**I was also suppose to do a lateral flexion and Prone cobra. I don't like those movements at all. I have short limbs, a short torso, short everything, big boobs--it is just way too uncomfortable. I feel like I strain my neck too much doing these movements.

I forgot to mention
treadmill for approx 15 mins
2 mins @4.5
1 min @ 8.0

Diet has been good today. I did have some drinks with my dinner last night...I had too..I am STRESSED SmileSmileSmileSmileSmile

the second stage is hard. I am not lifting a good amount of weight. I am just doing the motions trying to figure out the correct forms. AND I go to a ghetto gym so I have to substitute equipment/movements to make it work.

The stress is getting to me, even tho I keep telling myself it is not. It is. I got a migraine this morning which I managed to get rid of. It only lasted a couple of hours instead of it's normal 3-4 days. The last migraine I had was like yeeeears ago. I was shocked I got one today.

diet has been SH@T! It is hard to keep it down or in--haha.
still managed to go to gym but it sucked!

Front squat   1X10     65
                  1X10      65

Step up                          2X10   2 -20 dumbbells
Dumbell one-point row    2X10 2-20 dumbbells

lunge/rear foot elevated  2X10 2-20 dumbbells
push up                           2X10

Plank on Swiss ball         2 sets 60 seconds
Crunches on swiss ball    2X10

I tried some kickboxing today, but I was not into it all. The heat was making me wanna puke even more.

oh well. better than nothing.

I did the best I could today. Diet is not good. I am not eating much. Anything cracker like and pepto.
The work out was okay. I had planned on more, but it did not happen. SmileSmileSmile

I tried working out but I am too weak. I am dehydrated and stressed so I took it real easy at the gym. I am getting better Smile I am able to keep food down. Still have a migraine "hangover." My tummy issues are almost gone now so I expect to have a great week next week.

My weight and measurements are the same. I am happy about that. I hate losing weight when I get sick because it is just dehydration and it all comes back.

squats 1X40
push ups 1X30
crunches 1X30
rows 1X30 @ 80
step ups 1X10 two dumbbells 25 lbs.

the amount of weight was low.

Hope your all right Jane.

My mom gets migraines, I know second hand how utterly unpleasant they are.

Migraines are the worse thing ever. Like I said I am so glad it only lasted 3 hours instead of the 3-4 days.

Did not make it to the gym today. I rested. My body needs the rest.

fish oil/multiv
water intake so far 1.5 liters

elliptical for 20 mins.
no weights

I am going to do the second stage of NROL next week. I started but I was just nmot into at all last week. I am so weak. So I might start the time again or just conitnue where I left off. we'll see.

fyi I am liking the arms. They are a lot leaner looking. My ass and legs are bangin'. My arms are a bit bigger along with my back the waist looks smaller, but it is still the same as far as measurements.

again I did kickboxing. We do a lot of cardio with the kickboxing.

jump rope and mountain climbers.
I did do legs
squats
sldl
lunges
with 20 lb dumbells

multv/fish oil
Diet is good. I eat most carbs before noon and all protein towards the afternoon/evening.
The next phase of NROL involves cardio so I want to do some cardio before I start again later this week.

I saw a gym buddy today and she told me my arms looked "toned." I said "thanks been working on it." I kept thinkin' in my head "no.......I got sum muscle!!!!!!!"

Did another kickboxing class.
ab wheel and medicine ball for abs
jump rope

I don't like "ab day" It is a useless activity for me. My body responds great to cardio and big muscle workouts (legs, glutes, etc).

I did the work anyway.

Diet is good.
mulit/fish oil/whey
water intake is okay. I got sick again-kinda. I dunno wassup with me. My throat, eyes, and allergies have been messed up. I gag on water. then I feel like puking.

I blame it on stress.

MAN!!! I only lost half an inch. I am down to
32.5 inch waist. I started with 34.75 inches the beginning of year. I don't weight myself. I hate weighing myself. I have not measured my legs. I do feel my jeans tighter in the leg area.

I guess it is better than nothing or gaining.
I am doing a lot more cardio now. With the NROL there is more cardio.

But fo reals tho, it is diet more than anything at this point. I already have some intense work outs. I started up the kickboxing again-it has a lot of cardio.
