That's why he's always going on about space travel, and physics, and all that. hmm, guess i missed those posts Of course he doesn't directly come out and say it, but he makes subtle references to it. Like how he says he doesn't bench. It has to do with the lack of gravity in space, so benching isn't prudent.

What else do you switch them up with? I would assume you dont always just do dips and OH presses. Do you do any variations of bench? or dumbbell versions? Just curious what made you decide not to include it in your routine? quote:

It's concluded then, you are Steven Hawking. Just come clean with it already.

The answer is simple for there is no answer at all, such is the ways of Steven Hawking. Also, I asked that question because I do know people who were in prison that don't like to lay down and do exercises, and because I've seen Coldfire talk about doing dips between a toilet and a bed.

hahaha. It's funny how people talk about deads being so draining. They are, but everytime I get done with my workset of deads I feel like screaming "I'm the jugganaut biyatch" and breaking through walls. I love the feeling of being strong (strong relative to where I started, haha not so much compared to you animals. Oh but I'll get there.). When I lift, I don't think about how good it will make me look, I just know how good it makes me feel. However, when people in my family tell me that I've gotten huge and that I should slow down with the weights, it just makes me want to get bigger. Plus its fun to make fun of my spotter who is actually stronger than me but much smaller (fool doesn't want to eat more but complains because his chest looks anemic). It makes me laugh when people laugh in disbelief that he even works out. He'll come around. 3/5 size (with definition) 2/5 strength
