I'd say NO Shotgun but the taste is terrible. NO Xplode has a pretty decent taste(I had fruit punch) and it does give you that crazed effect the first few times. But after that you need to increase the scoop amount which just ends up with you finishing the product alot earlier than expected. Essentially I wouldnt say its a waste of money, but it is serving for dollar. They should re-do it and make it similar to NO Shotgun where you only need 1 scoop and your set. Not 3 scoops where u use all of it up in like a week. Other NO products that I know about are Dymatize Xpand Energized, Myogenix Hypershock, Vaso-something(Made by ON), Black Powder, NOS Extreme, NO Limits. Look'em up if you choose, I've used xpand, no xplode, and no shotgun. out of those, I'd say go with no shotgun if you can withstand the rancid taste. After that NO Xplode, and then xpand.

Bulk arginine akg and citrulline malate equals killer pumps. Don't fall into all that hype with expensive pre workout stuff, it's basically just arginine.

ORIGINAL: ranger20 how much of each would you supplement would you mix together" 3-5g arginine akg before workouts, the citrulline malate you can take a bit less. 3-4g preworkout is good. Most preworkout supplements have like 1g of citrulline malate, and that's just not enought imo. Get this stuff online in bulk. You'll spend like 30 bucks on both and it'll last you about 4-5 months depending on how often you workout. I just orders some more cm from bb.com. Not only helps with pumps but endurance on reps too.

I've tried naNO Vapor and didnt really think too highly of it... Loved NO Xplode, but with all the rumors of BSN being the "nothing" powders I'd stay away from their products right now. But a lot of people say they do have results with BSN products. Does NO Shotgun taste THAT bad? I was thinking about trying some.

Just go with a creatine I agree that paying 50-60 bucks a month is WAY too much for a N.O. product, but making your own as odw suggested would be worth the price... it can add endurance and the better pumps mean your muscles are getting more nutrients delivered during your workout...

ORIGINAL: Flash29 Does NO Shotgun taste THAT bad? I was thinking about trying some. Yes it does. I have tried alot of stuff, and so far NO Shotgun is by far the most disgusting thing I've ever had to drink, and drink fast. -I do agree with odw about making your own pre-workout drink. I am probably going to look into doing it later down the road with a combination of these, but there may be more added: BCAA Caffeine Arginine Citrulline Malate Taurine
