So, you need to get the higher percentages down first... and a lot of ppl consider pro hormones to be steroids... or at least precursors to them...

How old are you? I can't really recommend much more then creatine and protein without knowing how old you are.

But that 10% makes a huge differnts, And yeah your right about that but does it still have the long term side effects? no.

ORIGINAL: c.j.dono I'm 17. Here's what I would do: Get yourself some bulk citrulline malate, arginine akg, beta alanine, caffeine, and micronized mono. Then make your own preworkout drinks. If you get it in bulk it'll last you a long time and with this combo you'll get killer pumps and good strength increases. Maybe throw in some bcaas in there if you're cutting. Other then that just use a good whey + oats after workouts and maybe casein before bed. All you really need at 17 is lots of food though.

Since they're new, we dont know what will be happening to the ppl taking them later down the road... and at 17, you're definitely too young to be using them anyways.

Prohormones have the same side effects as steroids, they just need to be converted but the end result is the same. And there aren't really many prohormones on the market anymore anyway, most are steroids. But whatever I gave you advice on what you can take at your age, but you can take whatever you want it's your body. Just don't come crying back because you've grown a set of tits and need to take viagra to get a hard on.

They may not, but just think about it... 1) they are precursors to steroids... 2) They have the same short term side effects... they more than likely have the same long term sides.. it just makes sense... And muscle milk has casein protein, which is a slow-digesting protein, whereas whey is a fast-digesting protein.

well they do sort of....the musclemilk breaks down really slow, so its optimal for bedtime use. the whey breaks down very quickley and gets to your muscles fast, so it is the best type of protein to use post workout
