So no one qualifies to take them?  actually not a bad resolution cuz most of them are bad for the body, but at a certain point/age, a persone may need one to break barriers... especially if they've been training like 10 years...

He is right...

See your not going to hit any kind of natural limit in the first years of training. Your only suppose to use PH's as an alternative to anabolics after you have reached some sort of platue / genetic limit. You will see a lot of the more experienced body builders say this.

LoL I hear that so much yet I don't listen. Damn I am freaking stubborn!

I think it's more advisable to risk side effects of such substances when the benefits of them are in greater demand.

Bear Grylls sucked water from a horse ****.  There was risk, but he was desperate.

Taking prohormones and steroids at a young age is like sucking water from a horse **** beside a fresh spring.

I can't say much... They helped me get 30lbs under my goal weight in only 2 years.. Odds are I will hit goal weight within 2 years... Training time has been totally cut in half. But you are right it's better to wait... But considering how some athletes like hulk hogan + many others have used steroids for 15 years I don't feel so bad about using AAS for one year and PH's for 1 year..

You know what... Now that I think about it 10lbs in 12 weeks isn't very much weight at all.. I gained that in 4 weeks off the pplex / tren stack.. I could probably naturally put on 8lbs in 12 weeks.. Odds are I won't get 20lbs.. I donno I am going to say this stuff is a waist of money although it is way easier on the body.

Just my opinion..

Well yeah you're right it's not super strong. Depends on your priorities whether you think it's worth it.

Ever tried superdrol? I ordered up a bunch of designer steroids before any ban hits and I have a bottle of the stuff too. I'm thinking whether I should take it or not, since I know this sh1t is toxic.

Just make sure you have a serm on hand!!

Get some liver support supplements to.

Superdrol is strong bro.

Also make sure you have taruine.... the back pumps can be crippling... lol, them things had me up all night w/o the taurine.

I think 200 @ 8% will actually be my final goal... then it'll just be strenght that I'm after... but I remember saying i would stop at 160, 175, 185, and finally 200, lol...

You'll reach 200 and realise it really isn't much.

Most people can't ever be satisifed with their weight / appearance because the change is so gradual.

If you trained for strength only, you might even find that hypertrophy comes faster than that of the "bodybuilding" route, but that's an old can of worms that was buried in a previous thread....

I'm at 195 right now w/ 9% bf and I think it's huge... i just want to hit 200 @ 8% cuz that was my goal for like the past year, lol.

You're very close to your big goal then, you're looking pretty damn massive and lean already. You'd look huge at 200!
Then again, what would I look like at 185 with 6-8%bf? Smile
I mean at 185 with 6-8%bf, that was Franco Columbu's height/weight (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Franco_Columbu) in his prime.

I'm 158lbs right now at 11.5%bf and I've said that my longterm goal is 180-185lbs at my height but I don't know if I'd be happy with that weight or just want to keep going.
People think I'm a bit too big already but like most, I'm not really happy with my appearance. A lot of other people want my body or have said that they'd like the same build but less muscular but I constantly just look into a mirror and see the fat and the gyno and the lack of mass.

Everyone's critical on their own body but looking at my past experiences and harassment as a student about my body I don't think I can ever be satisfied... Except with my lats, they're the biggest thing on me and compliment the rest of me; they're like WINGS. I like it but at the same time it feels a bit strange.

As I've said, I pretty much want to stay clean and away from PHs indefinitely, but who knows, maybe 10+ years down the track I might change my mind but in the mean time I really have no viable reason to take them and would much prefer to stick to a clean diet, training and creatine every 5-8 routines. Smile
