well depends on how intense your training is. if you train really intense, creatine wont be enough...i would always get whey protein, creatine, and bcaa's... bcaa's are fairly cheap and make a world of difference

Aolson, what kind of BCAAs should I get?

How about this for a new stack:

Protein - MET-Rx Protein Plus
Creatine - Universals Storm
GNC Multivitamin Mega Men Sports
NO Shotgun
BCAAs....whenever I decide which to get...

I'm currently taking AMS's 1-AD and 4-AD and havent heard anything good about them so i'm thinkin they are a big waste of money, so probably gonna stop using them...

Does the stack sound good? Bad?

i take ON BCAA 1000.. i noticed more recovery in my legs. i have started an intense running regimen training for the upcoming football season. i lift every morning at 6. i do a lot of explosion/olympic style lifts for overall strength and explosion. i then go in at 3:30 and start my plyos/sprints/agility drills. i recover on weekends. the bcaas has helped me in my recovery.. i havent been as sore.

your stack sounds pretty solid.. i would throw maybe some fishoils in there for some joint help. i head NO shotgun was good but pricey, i use shock therapy to compliment the storm i am using and i absolutely love it. its fairly cheap too... i get all my supps at buildingbrawn.com

this is what my stack consists of:

EAS 100% whey
shock therapy
storm
ON opti-men multi.
essential fatty acids (borage, fish, flax)
ON BCAA 1000
ON 100% Casein
Basic Cuts (thermogenic)

So you take 100% Whey Protein and ON 100% Casein Protein? Do you take the BCAA pills or powder? I would love to get absolutely shredded but I'm afraid to take a thermogenic thinkin ill lose all my muscle and strength ive gained. :-/ I mean I only weigh 190 as of right now, but wouldnt mind getting my 6-pack back. It looks awful right now...

Aolson, where do you play ball at?

I really appreciate all the help man, sorry bout all the questions. I'm just tired of buying products and wasting all my money that turn out not work.

yea i take the whey post workout, and then the casein before bed. i take the pills because i once bought the powder and it doesnt mix at all and most of it gets stuck in the cup. i take the thermogenic for increased energy...it does NOTHING to suppress my appetite. the heated effect i get from it is supposed to boost my metabolism, so even if you took a thermogenic, you wont lose muscle or strength..it just boosts your metabolism and gives you more energy

Is there any difference between Casein and Muscle Milk?

MET-Rx - Protein Plus
NO Shotgun
Creatine - Storm or GNC's Creatine Monohydrate
GNC Mega Men Sport Multivitamin
ON - BCAA 1000
ON - Casein

and maybe a thermogenic...

Look like a winner now?

musclemilk is a casein protein, so you could eitehr get musclemilk or 100% casein. i take the 100%casein by ON because musclemilk has a higher fat content. with that aside, id say your stack looks solid. make sure your met-rx is straight whey, if it is a mix between casein and whey such as syntha-6, you can take that before workout and before bed without having to buy a casein protein. its really up to you on the thermogenic
