Nah.. no more than it normally does.. If I lift heavy with deads or squats I sometimes have a little pain in my lower right back but nothing horrible.. BTW.. I've been doing some of the stretches you gave me and I've also been doing a variety of face pulls with a rope with different grips and angles.. and after only a few times.. I think it might be helping:) Thanks again for listing all that info for me..

I feel like I have a tear in my bi where it connects to at the elbow.. No visible swelling but has the feeling over being over-pumped?

I'm 45 years old.. started when I was 15 and trained for a few years.. picked it back up in my late teens and continued until now.. but I have a serious impingement issue with my left shoulder and over the last 15 years.. it periodically flairs up and I'll have to stop training.. usually 3-6 months.. my last issue lasted about 18 months and I had some serious atrophy issues on my entire left side.. my left tricep and posterior deltoid were the most effected.. I've been back in the gym about 15 months now and I'm still playing catch up with my left tri.. But unfortunately, due to my size, most of my lifts are fairly maxed out.. I might get lucky and add another 20 lbs on a few of the major lifts over the next few years.. but not much more naturally.. Basically, it's about as good as it's gonna get quote:
