1/7/08... Pullups warmup- 2 sets Wide grip pull downs- 15,12,9 Narrow grip pulls- 12,10,8 Shrugs- 3x15 Single arm rows- 2x10 Didnt workout hard little bit sick and I overtrained my calfs last time I did leg day. So now my left calf is so sore I have difficulties walking
