warmup DB rows- 45s 2x12
barbell rows- 115 3x8-10
deadlift- 185 3x5-8 pretty new on deadlifts felt as if I had good form
superset a light deadlift- 150 1x12 felt good
Heavy end rows- 85 3x10-12
DB shrugs- 45s 3x15
single arm DB rows- 45 2x10
My back is very sore today

plus the hang over so I didnt workout today

. Im changing my leg day and cardio day around any how so it doesnt effect my routine any.
Current routine now goes...
Monday-Back
Tuesday-cardio
Wednesday-Legs/abs
Thursday-Chest/shoulders
Friday-Biceps/abs
Saturday-Off
Sunday-Triceps/abs
Also im starting to take Green Bulge creatine pills starting tomorrow.

= I get great gains on creatine like no other
