whoa I really like your routine man! I mean I really like it! I am going to give that one a try. You don't need all those ab days in there though train them like any other muscle.

Yesterday 12/27/07....

warmup flat bench-2x12-15
flat bench- 185 for 3x8
incline bench- 145 for 2x10-12
incline dumbell- 45s biggest i got 2x12
flat dumbell flies- 45s again oO 2x10
straight into as many pushups i could get which was 10
dumbell side raises- 3x10-12

Note to self add in row raises for shoulders atleast 2 sets.

Getting some bigger dumbells soon plus some musclemilk found a sit that has it for 18 dollars

All was superset of course

I need more light weight plates and 35 pound dumbwells wish money wasnt a problem

I'm liking that split as well... puts biceps and back on diff days w/ plenty of time between them, and the same thing with chest and triceps... Very nice.  The only thing that I'd have to worry about (at least w/ myself) is overtraining on biceps and triceps days... but judging by your biceps day, I dont think you're going to... up to 15 sets has worked fine for me in the past without being too much, and you did 13...

I also like how you're sticking with some proven, basic supplements... That's the way to do it IMO...

yesterday 12/31/07....

warmup DB rows- 45s 2x12
barbell rows- 115 3x8-10
deadlift- 185 3x5-8 pretty new on deadlifts felt as if I had good form
superset a light deadlift- 150 1x12 felt good
Heavy end rows- 85 3x10-12
DB shrugs- 45s 3x15
single arm DB rows- 45 2x10


My back is very sore today plus the hang over so I didnt workout today .  Im changing my leg day and cardio day around any how so it doesnt effect my routine any. 

Current routine now goes...

Monday-Back
Tuesday-cardio

Thursday-Chest/shoulders
Friday-Biceps/abs
Saturday-Off

Also im starting to take Green Bulge creatine pills starting tomorrow. = I get great gains on creatine like no other

Very nice workout keeping rest at 20-30 secs worked well. This SizeOn really reduces the rest I need
