Okay okay lets be for real. I bench the most here. I also wear these gold braclets that deflect bullets and a head band. The locals call me girl wonder.

hmmmmmmmmmm.... on maxin' days for chest, I threw up 305 on the barbell flatbench a couple of weeks ago. it was a very glorious moment for me

lol, these threads always make me laugh, its impossible for anyone to tell the truth in strength threads. We have professionally designed websites with figures for newbs, and what a 1 year training lifter should do depending on there weight, 2 years, 3 years 5 years etc etc Yet everytime these things are made 10 new members appear and funnily enough theyve all been training "for a year or two" and can bench 450lbs+ Or you get the almost smarter ones who say "been training since highschool, now im 29" so there 450 figure seems possible, but then you add up the facts they have one post they signed up just to post there oh so wonderful figure whenever they do post more, its dodgy advice with completely bullshit They dont understand or know any of the abbreviations used on the board So they end up looking like even bigger twats for trying even harder-to lie. whats the point? My max is 180lbs, most ive ever managed is 210lbs I have no problem stating that because most newbs wont bench that much, most people lie about there benchpress because its low so they feel the need to lie.
