Remember that the closer you get to yur goal, the harder it is to see progress.

Also you are very thin and slight. It is IMHO, that you are probably at the point where gaining some muscle will serve you better than trying to see you 6 pack.

Although since you have started the weights proper now, and are eating more, that should start to happen.

I honestly haven't read every single post here.

But the 1800 is redcution or maintance?

If you eat around your maintance calories, and continue to do your routines as you just outlined... You should make some small muscle gains while reducing some of your body fat. Which is what I gather your trying to do right now.

I didn't mean bulk necesarily. I (and at least for my body) like the eat just a couple hundred calories over my maintance, and can gain muscle, in a slow fashion while still not really adding fat (and sometimes I have lost fat).

Nice work, and work and work, I mean read back on the journal, we all have off days yes but look at the great track record you have of your work and such a short time with such huge results............ at this rate I can just imagine your pics in a month!

Felt good.  But, I've reached the point where I feel like I might not be doing enough.  I think I might up my reps a little or something.  Or maybe I should just focus on more cardio.


You could add in another bicep exercise or do what you have in circuit fashion moving from one exercise to the other with no rest.
