IBB, Deadlifts are AWESOME. Btw, what's wrong with having water while working? I'd do it all the time. Just keep a water bottle nearby, I don't see how it gets in the way at all. And that kind of health is generally promoted. You look fine, and you'll just get better. :) Stay optimistic and keep up the good work.
