Looks like a good base to start from to me.. 

Going to have to do alot of core lifts.   Be sure to do deadlifts!.. I freaking hate them but for 8 - 10 weeks at a time I do them then stagger off..   Yeah you can work on that back though.. But hey like you said you just started!  Smile 

Take some progress pictures in like 8 weeks.

IBB, Deadlifts are AWESOME. Smile

Btw, what's wrong with having water while working? I'd do it all the time. Just keep a water bottle nearby, I don't see how it gets in the way at all. And that kind of health is generally promoted.

You look fine, and you'll just get better. :)
