I have been using it for about 2 months, I have been having good gains but I also changed my routine 2 months ago! DOH. I didn't buy the con-cret I got about 4 free samples though and they last a while. I have been lifting about + 2.5 - 5lbs. more a week.

Look bro, If you have not tried the stuff(which Im pretty sure you havnt) then dont talk about something you know nothing about. I have tried poweder and liquid and IMO the later is the best...enough said.

It be great if you had research to back your false information. Please show me one NON BIASE website that says that liquid is better than powder. It is proven powder monohydrate works the best. Any claims that say liquid is absourbed faster is just straight up false. It is impossible for any form to be faster. They still have to go through the same break down and transportation process as powder. Liquid is maybe as effective if that as powder.

ORIGINAL: gli Go to www.aaefx.com. It is by far the best creatine I have taken. I feel the pump all day. I take 1/2 tsp on off days and then on training days I take 1/2 tsp before I work out and after I work out. The pump never goes away. It is called kre-alkalyn liquid. But I recommend going to www.bulknutrition.com and getting it there, it is a lot cheaper. Definitely check it out, I guarantee you wont use any of that other ****. you keep advertising this crap... Your probably some ad dude. haha, i just about called him out on advertising something before but gave him the benefit of doubt. anyways, like everyone else has said...liquid creatine is unstable and turns into creatinine which does nothing for you
