WHAT IS THE BEST CREATINE POST WORKOUT??

I'm curious what is the best creatine after you workout....I've tried Cell Tech but I didn't care for it and a few others...What is the most effective creatine to take after working out? I'm thinking about buying Cell Mass is that a good choice? Suggestions on brands...Thanks

both great options.
THE best overall though is the cheapest tub of micronized monohydrate you can buy. it will do just as much as anything else

Cell Tech is no good. Nor is anything else by Muscle Tech. I would agree that cheap monohydrate will do just as well as about anything else. You can even buy it at Wal-Mart I believe.

Just buy cheap Micronized Monohydrate. Drink it with grape juice though. Theres something about the insulin spike or whatever that makes it get the creatine to your muscle faster and better.

Vaughn, and Truplaya hit the nail on the head; and here's one I reccomend because I've used it, still have it, and probably will go back on it soon.
AST Micronized Creatine Monohydrate.
-Cheap, Effective, and, as the extremely annoying and offensive borat would say, very nice!
Current Supplements: Multi-Vitamin, Glucosamine/Chondrotin, Vitamin C Current Cycle: Stength "Run to live, and live to run."

Go to www.aaefx.com. It is by far the best creatine I have taken. I feel the pump all day. I take 1/2 tsp on off days and then on training days I take 1/2 tsp before I work out and after I work out. The pump never goes away. It is called kre-alkalyn liquid. But I recommend going to www.bulknutrition.com and getting it there, it is a lot cheaper. Definitely check it out, I guarantee you wont use any of that other ****.
