Well some contributing factors could be: Wasn't at my gym, was on vacation, didn't know the equipment from the start, different grips, different plates. I dont mean to make excuses, but I'm interested to see if the effects are gone when I'm back at my gym.(Tomorrow)

Pearl Jammer, have u upped the dosage yet? Or u still just taking 1 scoop?? If so, im telling u man do the 3 scoops and feel that pump...

You're asking for a heart attack with 3 scoops.. thats 3 cups of coffee.. every single day at once with NO2.

I've been taking now 1 1/2 scoops. I might jump to 2 scoops to see if anything changes, but if it doesn't I'll just finish it out and never buy it again.

Ab/Cardio day: Took 1 scoops because its a light day, and I did my usual routine, bud added 2 medicine ball routines. Good idea for anyone trying to change things up by the way, and I did feel more focused. Oddly enough, I got nothing from 1 1/2 scoops, but got a little kick from 1. And when I did HIIT, I had alot of energy from 2 things probably. Possible NO Xplode, and the fat people around me struggling to walk. I'm sorry, but I hate them with a burning passion. Something I've never said in public is that, fat people to me, define one of the characteristics of a failure. It's a terrible thing to say, but honestly, looking in the ****ing mirror dammit! -Anyway, Squats tomorrow, Possible 2 scoops unsure as of yet. Will let yall know tomorrow.

I don't see why not, except you don't need all those. Stick to protein, a multi, and creatine. NO-XPLODE is not worth it.

Didn't squat today because my right rotator started acting up bad, so I took the day off. I apologize for not updating this thread. I have be nursing another shoulder injury, and havent used NO Xplode for a few days. I will attempt to bench tomorrow, and will use NO Xplode. Will have more reviews if shoulder clears.

Ok, heres the final verdict: I have taken NO Xplode for about 2 weeks and the energy is gone. There's nothing left in the tank when it comes to that. However, the one thing that I'm getting from this is increased vascularity. I have a clean diet, high intentsity cardio routine, but I would give a little credit to NO Xplode for some veins popping out all over my forearm and shoulders. I'm going to finish out the bottle because I have it, might as well use it. Would I buy it again? Probably not. If anything, just a caffeine supplement that'd be worth 4.99 at a vitaminshoppe.
