No Xplode - Monday, November 12, 2007 8:03 AM
I know theres a separate forum for supplement reviews, but no one really pays attention to it. I'm starting the ever-popular No-Xplode today, and I'll start a little review here. Read it if you wish to, and mods if you'd rather move this thread I wont be offended. I'll give a day by day, and the side effects/feelings/power/etc that comes with it.

Today: Chest/Tri/Lacrosse Shooting or HIIT.

-I'll check back later today.

Day 1:

Took it and within 10 minutes I noticed a very small increase in focous, nothing more. There wasn't really a big hit of energy either. I went light on the bench because I tried a new grip, and I'm coming off a shoulder injury. Lacrosse shooting went alright, but there wasn't anything for the Xplode that was out of the ordinary. Tomorrow is squats, so I'll let you know.

Day 2:

Within 20 minutes, and after a warm-up set I felt more focused in on my workout. Also, I'd say that I could push a little bit more than last time. There still wasn't any big hit of energy. I, by the way, am only taking one scoop since I am sensitive to caffeine. I might up it to one and a half scoops next week. Good workout nonetheless, and I will deffinitely have difficulty walking tomorrow.

I'm 17, and I bought it at VitaminShoppe no questions asked. And, it's only day 2. I heared it sometimes takes 3-5 days for the true effects to kick in. I'll be patient with this one.

Im 16, I started on no Xplode in Oct. 07. (got it from Vitamin Shoppe w/o any ID) No Xplode works great but makes my stomach feel weird untill I start working out.
While working out I feel more focused and it may be a mind thing but I feel like I can lift more. My max has increased 60 pounds since I started No Xplode in Oct.

I just started benching/ squating etc. in Sept. so that may explain why my max went up so fast.

Day 3

Feel a little more focused on the workout, and not talking with anyone like I used to. I still not getting the energy kick though. Kinda bummed about it. I am thinking of taking 2 scoops on sunday(chest/shoulder/tri) to see what this stuff can do, if anything.

I tried NO-XPlode as well, i'm 17. And all I have to say is that it gives me better concentration and more energy, just a little. Besides that, no vascularity or pump increases. Also, it gives me a horrible crash after about 3 hours. I feel KOd.

Well, today was Ab/Lacrosse Practice day, nothing major. And I didn't even take one full scoop, however, I was slightly pissed off prior to taking NO Xplode for reasons stated in the "what pisses you off thread" 3 times. Anyway, with that being said, I got into the gym and I did feel an energy kick. Focus was really enhanced, and I wanted to do like the bench of something, but I couldnt since I am sore from back/bi/trap day which was yesterday. Cant wait for sunday, 1 1/2 scoops should do the trick, and who knows what will happen.

For instance:
Leg Lifts: Last week 35 non-stop(Not on No Xplode)
Leg Lifts: Today 42 non-stop

Just one exercise example, but you get my point. I'm liking this, and I have a feeling it's just getting started.

I was happy with the results I received from the BSN Xplode...  am now on the NOX-CG3 it is only my second day so I am still testing at this point, (just wanted to try something different or better, always looking forthe best I can get)...however, I can say the taste of Xplode is better...NOX-CG3 is terrible tasting.(Blue Rasberry)

Day 5:

1 1/2 scoops on a true empty stomach at 8:45 this morning led to a slight energy rush, but a big focus hit. I was really focused, but not so much on energy. However, today I basiclaly maxed out by accident and got 175X2 on the bench. Beats my old one of 165X3. It's nothing special to some of you who have been benching for a while, but I have only been doing it for 6 months since the rotator injury. For strength, it was there to help. Vascularity, nothing out of the ordinary today. Next use is possbily tomorrow, but deffinitely tuesday and wednesday.
