those pictures are in the morning no water weight though. So by the end of the day ill have all the water and everything back arms will fill back up look a little more fuller. But I lose some of my abs. Anyways I am really really close to where I want to be for now. I gave up on that whole 240 thing.. I don't really care to go over 200 anymore I actually dropped from 210 to 195 now I will clean bulk it maybe 5 lbs keep going some calisthenics.
