You were right, you have really thin biceps. You do look like you put on some mass though, and the waist looks like it got smaller. Chest and traps are looking good, looks like you gained some size in the delts too. Also, since I know how you are with facial hair, is your head tilted in the second picture, or did you just shave drunk ?

alright so umm ... my incline went up alot more... I was doing reps with 135 185 and 205 pretty easy.. Then I hit an easy 225 x 5 on my last set. I was just taking it light too cause I have a slightly torn rotator cuff.. It kind of sucks cause the pain is there and won't go away.. It's just taking a long time so I had to switch to dumbells for my flat bench.

wow soccerking.. love the back dude thats awsome looking! I have been umm.. having a pretty good time lol. I am getting a house boat to cruise out to some hot spots around here. I am suppose to have about 15 girls with me.. I mean it's the summer time!! LoL!! Party time!!! I don't really know what to post anymore? I don't really care what many people have to say... I still edit and delete posts on here but as for adding input? what should I say? Work out keep lifting keep eating and keep it that way for the rest of your life and as time goes on everyone wants to be your friend the ladies love you and you lead a pretty cool life style, because once you can dedicate your self to one thing you can dedicate your self to many others. I don't really have input.. I look just about how I want to look.. I accept the fact that I probably won't be that monster looking 240lb man.. But as the years progress I imagine I can only keep looking better and better.

As upbeat as your life sounds right now, that post sounds like you're more depressed than anything.
