Most AAS takes 3 weeks before it goes into affect.  it's kind of like prozac and other drugs of that nature,  you take them for a while before they do anything.   Methylated compounds such as dianabol/ anadrol / epistane / pplex / mass tabs / superdrol etc..  Kick in within the first couple hours of taking it.   It's called a front load, instead of front loading with a strong androgenic steroid such as anadrol or dianabol I chose to front load with a pro hormone.

well we will see how my log goes.  I might be pretty close to a genetic peak to be honest.   I have some pretty horrible genetics, although it could just be my age that is a factor.   At the end of this one I cut off the cycle run Clomid maybe take some HCG to get my balls back... Then chill for another year and see where I land.

HCG during PCT?
All the logs I read and all the threads I read advised against it. All said to use around weeks 7-12 then PCT 13-16.. or something like that.

No it's all good I didn't take anything as an insult or what ever.  I have not actually ran a good full cycle in about 2 years..  Even when I did I didn't take the minimal doses.  This is like my first proper cycle..  I can't say I have experienced anything amazing yet though to be honest.

well im depressed.. I think it's my financial situation that is putting me into the slope.  I just woke up today and everything seems wrong.  Between ignoring my girls phone calls to ignoring girls period.. Yeah I donno.. I just want to be left alone.   Here we go all over again time to eat everything in the house..  Smile

Then I did the hammer strength incline and called it a day.




Okay yeah it's a bit odd.. my incline bench is just about as much as my flat bench.. My friends think that's really odd as well..  I told them genetics are playing a big part in it I think.  My flat really hasn't changed much in the past year although I haven't really tried to up it.. I just do what ever I can for clean reps.   My strong points are incline and dumbell rows..  Eventually the flat will go up but I think I need to gain another 10lbs before that happens and hopefully put on some inches on the arms.  I think the strength of the triceps might be ultimatly screwing me on my flat bench.  On incline I squeez my traps together so they work as a rubber hand with my chest..  I just have really good form and I can go all the way from my chest to up where as most people only go to their nose or chin..  I can actually rep 225 fairly easy only going to my chin and if I start on the incline.  


So yeah I know I am weird.. I have strengths in odd area's.   My diet hasn't really been so good and I have drank way to much!! My weight went up but only by like 1lb I think.. But what is crazy is I can see so much more abdominals then before.

Oh that too.. 2 nights ago I was at the club in the vip with Too Short and some of the warriors.  Pretty cool night!! I had fun lol..  I don't know who the black guy was next to us.. he knew too short though we all ended up shirtless at the end of the night cause it was so freaking hot!   Living the single life is a hell of a thing, I never thought I would have this much fun!

im thinking your inclines are so high cos youve got a hell of a lot of shoulder strength.. your shoulder press's are really good, and i remmeber thinking when i saw your shoulders they looked prity damn big.. i dont get why your flat bench isnt rising though.. i saw your progress pics that you pmed ages ago, and you've gained size, and leaned out a load.. prity strange.. i gained a lot of strenght on my ep cycle by rotating from 6 to 10 reps every 2 weeks.., but i no you seem to rotate alot anyway so i dunnoSmile

I partied way too much!! 5 days straight last week!! Met some really cool girls though.. I have a crush on one in particular and she does on me too!! it's great!!


anyways.. I just got over a really bad cold.. kind of screwed my gains a little.. I did get ripped up but my weight stayed the same.   Today was my first day back in the gym in 1 week... 




Flat bench:

That's a problem.. hard to resist.. Might stay in today.. But I know a table is waiting for me.. My boys want to go out.. It could be a good night.. I have a really bad cold though.. I have had it for 5 days now... I should stay in.. If I go out ill just drink alot of water but I don't know.. Maybe eat a bunch of food while I am out? I have been forcing food down every day for these past 4 days.. The first day I couldn't eat I was really sick..  I have girls I can talk too.. One I really like too.. so it's now so much about going out to get girls I couldn't care anymore, But I love the attention.. I mean I love it alot.. I feel skinny as hell though.. I weigh just about the same as I did 2 weeks ago only way more defined.. Measurements are good..

good advice... it's really screwing me as far as body building is concerned..  I am trying to ease away now.. Go on the dates with the girls I have, stay away from everyone else..   I want to start going on some kick back mellow dates now.  Party time is coming to an end for me.
