Yeah, I wasn't going to tell anyone.. But o well it really doesn't matter to me if anyone knows screw it. I don't condon anything that I might do personally. I am really not far away from my goal so hopefully I won't have to cycle again, this should finally throw me up and over 220.

Well ****, I did good today.. Making major progress gained 5 lbs this week. My trainer is going to have to find a new gym... Our dumbells are not going to be able to go high enough for him.. he is incline pressing 120's fairly easy.. He is curling 185lbs on the barbell for reps.. I really hope he doesn't out grow the gym because thats going to suck.. He might have to totally switch over to barbells but it's not good fo his micro tear in the rotator cough.

damn yeah that sucks. trainings looking good and damn 5 lbs this week sweet keep it up 220lbs will be here quick if you keep that up

Weight staying at 5lb gain so far. But I have also leaned out even more.. Measurements have increased 1/8 an inch. Going to measure every 2 weeks now so I don't get to excited. Strength increased 3 - 4 reps on everything. Things are good, my attitude is different though... I can't seem to focus on anything but my self and the mirror.. I can't stop thinking about what I need to eat and what comes next. I get irritated very easily and I am getting a bit depressed all home alone all day long.. I don't get paid until friday.

2 weeks in Well So far I have gained 6 - 7lbs.. Not to shabby. My left arm seems to be staying over 16 inches now, so that makes me happy. I am curious to see how much stronger I am. Today is chest day, one of my favorite days. I am going to have to start using the lat pull cables to work my triceps.. The ones for triceps don't go high enough in weight. I got called back from the place I want to go work for... I have to call them back on monday, they left a message for me on friday.

Hey good luck on the "call back". I'm concerned about the moodiness cycling does, but at least you are aware of it. And you said you're only doing one cycle. To me, that's some scary crap. Of course I'm a gal..... I don't need to be freakin' the guys out at the gym when I say (in a deep, husky voice) "Hi, how's it goin' ".....

I have never really done an all out cycle before, this is my first.. I would just dable a little.. I have to say the only side affect so far is my aggression and nose bleeds. I don't get nose bleeds all the time though I just got a little one. Aside from all of that I feel pretty good about the way I look. I wish I could lift a bit more but hey im getting bigger so who cares. Something tells me my lifts are going to change drastically in the next 2 weeks anyways though.

Back day Lat pulls: 150 x 10 160 x 10 180 x 8 Wide Grip Rows cable machine: 160 x 10 170 x 10 180 x 10 Single arm rows cable machine: 80 x 10 90 x 8 110 x 6 Single arm dumbell Rows: 100's x 10 120's x 8 130's x 6 Not bad... Not bad at all.. I think those 150 lb dumbells will be coming soon.. I guess once I get there I will just do 3 sets of 10. I just wanted to make sure I was coming up high enough to hit the top of my shoulder so I did add that little extra effort while I was rowing. I am going to try the 140's next week.. I am fairly sure If I do this work out second instead of last I will have a bit more strength to do more weight. Time to start increasing my press strength because it's actually starting to lag.. I just don't emphasize so much on my bench any more like I use too. But hypertrophy wise "size wise" My chest looks pretty good.

well I was going to hook back up with the ex cause I figured I may have made a mistake dumping her... But she called me an immature idiot and said I am a peace of ****.. I am not sure if that's the pain meds talking because of her surgery or if thats her big head now that she has fake boobs. Either way I am taking my anger out in the kitchen by stuffing my face. If she thinks those fake boobs are going to get her what she wants she is going to be mistaken. I am sure when she goes out she will find that the majority of men are losers, Not only financially but physically. Man I could have hooked up and gone on dates with a couple girls this last weekend.. Now that I don't feel so bad about my break up I might start to consider it. People piss me off.. the way they look the way they talk.. I can't wait until I hit the beach this summer and get to show off my body. I know in the next 4 - 5 weeks I am going to be looking pretty thick "right where I want to be also" When I cut for the summer that should be interesting. 205 or 210 at 8% bf or less should look really really nice. AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!! $#$%%##$#%#$$

I would like to.. but so far pro-hormones seem to be doing "ok" for me. I know what you mean though when you speak of the agression issue. I'm listening to deathmetal music ALL the time and snap at everyone even though i'm not really pissed hahahah. how are you lifting what you lift with only 16 inch biceps? is that flexed, or relaxed. seems that if it's flexed, you should have larger ones than me, for I am 25 lbs lighter. but if it's relaxed.. then that is quite impressive.

The effective time of the pro hormones just isn't as long as anabolics. Anabolics = 8 - 12 week cycles pro hormones = 4 - 5 week cycles. Either way with both AAS and PH average gains are like 2.5lbs a week. It also feels just about the same.

I have yet to see many people on here who's arms look nearly the size of my own who claim to have 16 inch biceps. They are almost 16 1/2 pumped flexed I don't know anymore. My left is only slightly over the 16 mark.

Compound day yesterday: Squats: 135 x 10 185 x 6 185 x 6 185 x 6 Flat bench: 205 x 10 205 x 10 205 x 10 205 x 10 205 x 10 I got 45 of those reps on my own and needed assistance on the last 5. Improving form this day and my strength has gone up so when I hit my heavy day who knows what I will be doing. Stop slightly above chest before the push slowly let it down until It taps your chest then explode up but do it at a steady tempo. Changed grip and form tried to put more pressure across the chest squeez the traps. Anyways all the reps were very good.
