Well I have to do legs and shoulders but I am going to wait until tomorrow.



I think I am going to see if my trainer wants to try an upper body lower body split, More like this though.

Day1: Chest and Tri
Day2: Legs / squats
Day3: Off
Day4: Back and Bi
Day5: Legs / Deadlifts / Shoulders
day 6: Off
Day7: Start over again.


Anyways I am going to start that one in say 2 - 3 more weeks.

Well umm uhh... changed up the shoulder work out a bit..

Military press on a smith
front laterals
side laterals
rear laterals
cable cross overs


Today got to hit the legs.. That should be interesting.


chest
back
legs
shoulders
bi
tri

Seems to be the new split... still seems like overtraining but what ever I will continue the trainers routine, the first one worked quickly but I couldn't recover fast enough resulting in injury.

Got some tips from a really cool guy in the gym.. Man he made my buddy who is training me look small... We tried to do things his way but we both got sick and our legs gave out.


Leg Press:

180 x 50
270 x 40
360 x 30
450 x 20
540 x 10


The parts in red I couldn't get to!!! My legs were burning so badly!! I could barely stand up also, it was really hard to walk and I felt like I was going to throw up. I did calve raises for 2 sets of 20 and then I left.

Didn't work out with much weight today.  It was kind of an off day, I didn't have the rest between sets that I wanted either since I was working out alone.  No excuses I will step up my game tomorrow for sure. 


Other news:

I have a syst under my left eye.. it's pissing me off..  I get this like every freakin year. On top of that I will be losing my job, So I will be un employed either the end of this week or in a couple weeks.  I can't believe I lasted so long lol! I survived 3 lay offs Smile My company is closing their doors anyways so it was going to happen some time.  Atleast I will be getting sev pay for 3 months.. I should be able to find a job fairly quick though.. people tend to like me.. I must talk alot of bull **** haha.

Holy cow now on top of the raise I actually know my lay off date is on Monday.. Not just that but I already got calls back for interviews and am being considered for different positions and credit unions and banks.. wohoo!! Thank god the job market is good right now.. I need to at least make 36,000 - 40,000 a year right now though.. So I may be looking for a while. Next year it's all about school from 25 - 30 I will be in school, I will start taking a few courses this summer.

Might have to work on getting certified for being a PT.. I have a month right now to do that. That should be fairly easy then this summer I will knock out some extra courses in college to get a little more qualified ahead of the game. I need to research the field for PT's though and see if they have evening / weekend shifts.

Yeah training is much different,   I don't use heavy weight so often really.. although I am thinking about having heavy and light days. 

Soon your going to see some major increases lol give me like 3 weeks. SmileSmileSmileSmile

Exactly! That is what I was thinking today before I left work.  So yeah not so bad right? get a raise and get paid new salary for the next 3 months.  Even if I find a job those checks will be rolling in "That means double pay checks"

Hell, Bend.  Evening's are the prime time for PT's around here.  That's when most people are free to work out.  I went through ACSM and I would recommend them or NSCA.  NCSA is probably more up your alley w/ all the free weight training.  The thing is, don't count on preparing for the test in one month.  With my background, (I've been in Group Fitness and training for 15 years) I took 4 months to prepare!  The tests are TOUGH and even a friend of mine w/ a college degree sweated out the test for NSCA.  Go for it..... I'm still waiting for a job here....I want a daytime spot and I'm not holding out much hope.

Well my bench is down.. only be 1 rep.. But still.. Not really a big deal though I have been doing dumbells for a while now.

On another note I might start doing my tricep press downs on the lat pull machine.. The cable machine just doesn't go high enough in weight. I have to stack 10lb plates on + those rubber things on top and it's still not enough only got it to 180lbs.

I am irritated... I can name a couple reasons but I am not going to.. I do however feel like I am going to explode... SmileSmile 


Anyways here was my work out today. 


Lat pulls:

150 x 10
160 x 10
170 x 10

Rows cable:

120 x 10
180 x 10
160 x 10

Hammer strength rows:

2 plates x 10
3 plates x 8
4 plates x 5

Dumbell rows:

90lb x 10
110lb x 8
125lb x 6

Pull ups:
body weight x 6



BAH!!!... I donno.. I think it could be that the scale isn't changing much, my strength is on back but not on chest.   My shoulder strength is a little down along with my incline.  One of my boys was talkin **** to me just the usual but I didn't feel like hearing it.. he is all happy cause he passed me up.. What ever though the fool has been off and on PH's every 5 - 6 weeks it's stupid.. I haven't done **** in months was going on 2 1/2 so almost 10 weeks.    I am sick of people passing me up or catching up to me I really am.. Damn this fast ****ing metabolism.  Screw this ****..  I am about to pass everyone. 


Also the fact that my job is ending irritates me a little bit.. my girlfriend irritates me a little bit too..  I raise my voice just a tad bit in a conversation not even threatning and she gets all butt hurt.. I mean what the ****!! I am sick of girls being all dramatic and ****, but I also  like my girl.. damn... I am so glad that I have this journal to write in,  I can express my feelings on this.   I actually feel a little better that I got all that out. 

Now I am going to take my skinny ass to the kitchen to eat some food.

Don't worry...when you get older like me, your metabolism will catch up.  Then you'll be saying things like, "F***ing slow metabolism!!  I just looked at the cookie!  I didn't eat it!!  WTF!"

Sorry to hear about the job....I've been looking for a year and can't find one in my field to save my life.  At least a place I'd like to work....  Good luck on the second interviews.

Well I have been carb loading.. Geesh.. Hopefully I will see 2 1/2 or 3 lbs by next monday.   **** if I could even though it would be fat I would like to gain 5 a week lol.

Alright so I gained 3lbs so far loading the carbs.   It's really freaking hard to each huge meals 4 - 5 times a day..  I think twisted hit the nail on the head when he said the frequency of my eating may be increasing my metabolism. 

I also know for a fact I wasn't eating enough carbs.   My meals are from 800 - 1,300 calories..  I would like to hit 1,100 calories every meal.   That would push me up to 5,500 calories total for 5 big meals.  


It's time to get FAT!! WOHOO!! I want to get fat fat fat!! maybe even 14% BF lol SmileSmile  Lets see how the extra weight affects my lifts since I haven't been to the gym for 2 days.

just curious. you're following your trainers routine right? isn't your training your buddy who you know takes anabolics? wouldn't it be safe to say that you obviously aren't going to recover as fast as he is and could not do the same routine?
