read the nurtrition section and at the top it says "best of nutrition" click on that and go to the part that says "how to gain mass" or something like that

Well, diet is important, so if you want to gain, you should focus on it. How do you know if you're getting 5000 calories if you're not tracking your diet? How do you know you're getting the right calories? You might be surprised how few calories you're actually getting if you actually bother to track it.

That also doesn't sound like a complete routine. When you say "auxilary on the legs", what do you mean? Are you doing squats? Are you doing deadlifts? What are you doing for your back? You have muscles other than your chest and biceps - what are you doing for them?

Read this thread on gaining mass.

As far as diet, start with that thread.

Legs matter very much. Heavy leg exercises like squats and deadlifts increase muscle growth everywhere.

Also, you're still only 15, so it may just be that you've got a lot of growing to do still before you start to fill out, so don't get discouraged. Once you've got a complete, structured routine and a proper diet, I expect you'll start seeing some gains.

boy you need to start lifting serious... hitting curls for as many sets of 8 as you can is nothing but BAD... you have to train legs and back heavy to see gains overall, follow a basic routine, start from there

Monday (chest/shoulders/triceps)

bench press 3x10
incline bech press 4x10
dips 3x10

arnold presses 4x10
front lateral raises 2x10
side lateral raises 3x10

rope pulldowns 4x10
standing skull crushers 3x10

Wednesday (legs)

3-5min warmup in treadmill light-moderate intensity

Squats 4x10
walking lunges 4x20 (10 each leg)
leg extensions 2x10

stiff-legged deadlifts (SLDL) 4x10
leg curls 4x10

Friday (back/biceps/traps)

Pullups 3x10
bent over bb rows 4x10
seated cable rows 3x10

seated incline curls 3x10
preacher curls 2x10

BB shrugs 4x10

That's a basic yet effective routine, you don't need 100 sets for the biceps to grow, they'r a VERY small muscle
Have someone teach you how to do a proper SLDL and start light until your learn how to do them perfectly
Front Squat(atg)   5x165lbs
Bench                    5x150lbs
Deadlift

I feel your pain there. I'm 16 6' 170 pounds.

Cardio has always been my thing, but I'm trying to bring over my hard work from there and put it into the weightroom.

But I think the above poster is right, you need to start lifting seriously all your muscle groups if you wanna put some weight on those bones

why would you ever want to have 5000 calories a day??you  could just bulk up and you would already be pretty cut you could basicly skip a step to getting ripped.

With a bench of 200, you could be putting up 160-165 8 times.
