bro, I know where you are coming from. 15 years old, still goto high school, still mom&dad for money, girls, pizza,parties,tests, homework, maybe a job. Been there done that. Listen, luckly for me I didnt have a girlfriend so I could live in the gym and only eat in my house. But, what I am trying to say is take advantage, you are still living in your parent's house, so that means FREE FOOD. Just eat clean, a lot, and train hard. I would say 1 grm of protein to lb weight. Your carb intake should be somewhere b/t 2-3 grms FROM CLEAN,WHOLESOME, AND HARDY CARB SOURCES. ex: rice(either brown or white) sweet potato, oatmeal, whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta. VEGGIES. Instead of wasting money on PHs just buy a 5 lb jug of protein powder( ON IS THE BEST YOU CAN BUY)glutamine, one of those creatine mixes ex: cell-tech, synathrex from prosource. I would not recommed pure creatine mono right now,byut the mixes are fine.In my opinon just my 2 cents
