forearms get hit pretty well just by doing deadlifts and shrugs, heavy bb weighted lifts...i just do 3 sets of hammers and those. mine develop well with just that

what's the normal relation in proportion between forearms and arms? I have 14'' arms and 11'' forearms, and i think i have relatively big forearms
Squat max - 245lbs Bench max - 188lbs Deadlift max - ¿? Front Squats(atg)- 5x165lbs

I think genetics play an important role... Some don't even have to work forearms, they get enought stimulation from all the other exercises.. while some can do hammers, wrist curls, every iso possible and they still seem to lag behind.. kinda like calfs do for some people..
There is never enough time to do everything, but there is always enough time to do the most important thing
