yo it would be cool if we made like a competition or something, like who makes the best progress in six months, we post some pics now and in six month we post again with meassurements (sp?) of course and the loser will have to put in his sig "<winner's name> is better than me" for a week or something what da ya think?

i went and measured my forearms and my right is 13.25 and my left is 12.875. I only have a 15.5 or so arms as well...

Ye my fore arms are quite big mainly due to lifting ny weight in the gym, if you pick up a sumbell you are kinda working your forearm and doing it constantly helped

well an if you need a good way to work out your forearms take a small bar tie a rope in the middle of it(cover knot in tape) and tie a 10lbs or 15lbs plate to the other end. then you just wind the rope up and then down with your arms extended in front of you. http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee62/wasserman08/forearm.jpg

The thing i don't understand is that my arms are 14" if im measuring right but they look much! bigger then yours, it doesnt make sense. and you guys may not like being tall and skinny but its not fun being 17 and only 5'4 lol.

i agree,....i think that u shud have larger forearms if u r gunna have big guns..it just doesnt look rite and all u really c when u r walking around or w/e is ur foreamrs and mayb arms...and calves haah my calves are so small!...what r good work outs for ur calves?...ayone?
