14 Feb Leg Day || squat 185x10 225x8 245x6 245x5 SLDL 185x12 225x10 225x8 Seated hamstring curls 150x10 160x8 160x6 BB lunges 95x10 95x8 95x10 Seated calf raises 130x15 140x15 150x15 Had one of those lovely "I"M GONNA PUKE!!!!!" moments during my second set of lunges of all things.. Over-all a very satisfying day of squats. Weight is 205lbs

Had a bit of a cold the last three days, today being the worst; just a head full o' snot and a mild cough. I'll probably wait till Saturday to hit the gym. Squats on Saturday and bench on Sunday, its going to be a good weekend.

I got to play for my buddies ball hockey team on Sunday; we won 6-2. I had a blast, so I signed up to play for them in Spring, that means I'll be playing beer-league ice hockey and men's league ball hockey; should really help me get cut for the summer. As for my workouts: 9 March Chest DB press 70x10 80x8 80x6 80x6 70x10 Flys 30x10 35x10 35x8 Inc BB press 135x7 135x7 135x7 over head DB tri extensions 60x10 70x10 DB curls 45x10 45x10 45x8 Everything was super busy, so I just used what wasn't occupied and had a fun workout. I'm going to switch it up a bit, and from now on I'll do Inc BB press first on Chest day. 10 March Legs Squats 185x10 225x8 245x6 265x3 SLDL 185x10 225x10 245x8 BB lunges 95x10 95x10 Standing calf raises 180x15 210x12 230x10

I'm still here! My workouts have been few and far between for the last 2 weeks as te semester is wrapping up. The next two weeks are exams, after which....its on. I can't wait to work some steady hours for the summer and not have to worry about assignments and studying getting in the way of the gym and cooking/eating.
