Mix the MuscleMilk with skim milk. You can try water, but I couldn't drink it. Taste much better with skim milk and when it comes to breakfast, don't worry about calories because you probably haven't eaten anything in about 8-10 hours, so those calories will be good for your muscles. Also, don't worry about it increacing your bodies own creatine, if it does, you'll benefit from it.

And dude, what time do you go to bed where u can't get up 45 minutes early? Don't wanna sound like your mom, but do know that while your sleeping, thats when your muscles grow? Get your 8 hours.

You can get aminos in liquid or pill form.

About the drug problem at your school, you might have to get a little creative and risk it in the name of GETTING F-ING RIPPED.

Later bro.

I'm sure you can find some kinda over the counter sleep aid, just to get you use to going to bed earlier. Maybe a tall glass of milk or a protein shake before bed might help. Going to bed earlier will definitaly help you. Shoot for 7 hours every night, 8 is ideal. I hope the Animal products work for you. I've been taking Pak everyday for about 6-7 months. I love Animal products. They have a website... animalpak.com

Check out that site, they have alot of good advise about lifting and other goodies too.

Good luck bro, later.

I'm 5'9", 200lbs, and 20 years old and my BMR (basic metabolic rate) is 2057 calories a day. Meaning, my body uses that many calories daily, just doing body functions and movements (that does not include working out). So, I gotta take in about 3000+ calories to keep muscle mass.

If your shakes equal up to 1300+ calories a day, you still need more than double that to keep your muscle and maybe more to build and repair muscle. I think you should worry about carbs and sugars more than calories.

Eat clean and lean. Get atleast 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight (shoot for 1.5gm per pound of body weight), lift, do your cardo, and take your cuts and pak. You should do just fine.

Later.
