I'm doing the "guy who considers skinny an insult" routine, I'm on Hypertrophy 2 right now.  Great routine!

Can you list an outline of the routine?  I've heard a lot about the book but havent' had a chance to stop by the bookstore to take a look

PM me with your email address, and I'll send you a spreadsheet of all the workouts.  You may want to pick up the book though for a detailed explanation of it.  It's not your typical routine.

I'm doing it in this order:

Break-in
Hypertrophy 1
Hypertrophy 2
Strength 1
Strength 2
Hypertrophy 3
Strength 3
Fat loss 2
Fat loss 3

I started 12 weeks ago, and I took two weeks off for vacation.  I just started Hypertrophy 2 this past monday.  These are the best results I've ever gotten from any workout program.  I've done push/pull/leg splits and
chest-bi/back-tri/shoulder-legs splits before, and they didn't come close to this routine.  I gained about 25 lbs, which I believe is mostly muscle, and I'm getting much more cut then I have ever been before.

I've heard from others that the Fat loss parts are a b*tch, especially 2 and 3, but I have a long time until I will be doing them.  All in all, any route you take with the routines you will get amazing results.  Just make sure to eat right too.

I'm not quite sure what max-ot is, but I have heard people mention it before.  This is just a book with year long programs in it that we're talking about though.

No, I haven't done any fat loss ones yet.  Just break-in which I did for 2 weeks, and hypertrophy 1 which I did for 8 weeks.  I'm going to do all of the hypertrophys and strengths before I do the fat loss ones.

I'm doing "the guy who considers skinny an insult" program.

ok gotcha, well when it says in FL1 to rotate between workout A and B 6 times so i have to do both workouts A and B 6 times each and then go to FL2 right?

That sounds about right 6 of each one, which will last 4 weeks total if you workout 3 times a week.  You can go longer or shorter if you want for any of the programs.  Which of the 4 programs are you doing anyway, or are you just designing your own?
