Yeah, pretty sure you can.
Last year when started doing gym (only did it for a month, lol) i paid $10 (Australian) just for the day.
So i don't see why it would be any different.

Depends on the gym. My town has 4 gyms and only 1 won't normally let you drop in for a day.

Most gym's offer a free 3 day trial, some offer a free week trial.
