11/8/07 - Saturday Legs/abs Sqauts - 4x10 Leg Curls - 12, 12, 10 Leg Extensions - 12, 12, 10 Calf Raises - 12, 10, 10 Situps - 2x10 Crunches - 2x12 42Minutes. Not to bad of a W/O. Altho i desperatly need a sqaut rack.

12/8/07 - Sunday Ok, today was ment to be weigh in for week 3, but i forgot to weigh myself, so i have to wait for tomorrow. Bah. No training today.

13/8/07 - Monday (Morning) Allrite, so i weighed myself this morning. Same clothes and all. I gained 2.6lbs AGAIN. I'm not sure if this is too much, or if it's just my noobish gains. Either way i'm gonna drop my cals, cause i dont think i need this much.

16/8/07 - Thursday No training. 17/8/07 - Friday Indoor tonight. :D I still havn't had a slip up in my diet, which is pretty good. Leg day tomorrow. :)

mmmk well, just a little update. lmao :P Havn't been on in agers, but yes i am still lifting. :D I started at 114 pounds on July 23rd. I am now at 126.3 pounds on October 8th. So that's 12.3 gain in abit over 2months. I would be more, but i got sick a couple weeks ago and couldn't eat or lift. :O :( Lost 1kg from that week. but i'm going well, my gains are pretty much all muscle. Which, of course i am pleased with. :D
