ok guy's training has been goin very well i've just had trouble keeping up with this thing but my new gym doesn't have a scale which doesn't really matter that much lol my arms feel like they've gotten bigger and everything feels harder I think this tren isreally working for me strength is really up i did a back day today did my one arm bent over rows with 105's i was doin 95s so that's up tom i'm goin to do chest/tri's hope to hit 305X8 on incline wish me luck ok anyone have an estimated BF for me here's a pic i took today i feel like my arm's really gettin bigger

whoa dude... your arms are getting big bro... Damn!

BF% I really can't make a guess on though 15% or so. Who cares anyways the deltoids and arms are coming along nice! its pretty hard to cut when running a cycle just keep the diet right and the training hard cut after.

That was my guess as well i'm goin to go to the Max muscle and pick up a good tape measure and check em out also i'm gointo get a good scale prob from wal mart or something i'll post up my stats tonight for everyone i was guessing 15% too but
i have put on alot of muscle after loosing it all when i cut for the first time lol so 1% bf isn't that big of a deal

Man, your arms are getting huge, I can definitely see a difference just from some of your earlier pictures.  I was thinking about getting a scale like that too, I saw one at sports authority that tells your BMR, Lean Body Mass, Weight, and bodyfat%.  They had prices ranging from 80-100, let me know how your search goes.  As far as your routine goes, I think one of the most important things is finding a program that you are confident in and excited about, because then you will keep motivated to work hard and push for results, and it seems like you've got that so go for it.

I doubt that motivation is really an issue for you, that is an incredible recovery story after that series of accidents and injuries.
