Ketosis is looking good for a 2 month try. I know you are against it to some extent, but there are a lot of people here all for it. Seems better than a high carb, moderate protein diet because it should add some muscle while shredding fat. I think a lot of people on here use ketosis for their cutting cycle? Something like Fat: 75% = 158g Protein: 20% = 95g Carbs: 5% = 23g I will use this for my cut.

Under little research, i was a bit iffy about it Under moderate research, i was definitely growing concerned Under now much stronger research, i think its a very dangerous diet. But its up to you quote:
but there are a lot of people here all for it. I've been a member of DBB.com for over 2 years now-these trends always happen towards diet and routines, todays mass "advice" is mostly very different from the advice i got 2 years ago, advice i got 2 years back would be laughed at now. There are fashions and trends even in bodybuilding, and a lot of the time they work, why? Because there theory is correct? Mostly no, it is as ive been stating a lot around here-simply a change, they go from a long drawn out routine theyve been doing for months to a new fashionable one-and it works, not because that routine is somehow superior, but because it is merely a new routine, any new routine would have worked for them.

Today I did shoulders and triceps, and I didn't write down anything, so I don't know what the **** I did. Anyway.. Today's diet; I started keto, and now I am stopping. I'm doing 40/40/20 with 1900 calories a day. That is 190 Carbs 190 Protein 42 Fat I'm not writing what I've eaten or any of that today, because I'm not concerned today. Not a great day, if you can't tell by now.
