Back day.. same as last week but added a couple pounds on some of the lifts... pissed off.. peace

didn't do deads yesterday cuz my back was hurtin a little bit so I didn't wanna strain it... shoulders today.. be back in a little while to update

The guys at work just let me know today that we are doing the Chippendale's thing for the costume party friday night.. which means today through friday I'm doing a 4 day cut... I'ma try and do 2 30 minute cardio sessions/day and keep my rest times to 60 seconds.. which means don't laugh at my weights..
