preciate the comments. yea, I'm tryin to hit the delts and traps a lil more cuz they're laggin a bit. I'll get a most muscular pose up a lil later tonight if i can. and I'll work on the posing too

BACK Pull Ups 15, 15 weighted +25 x 8 Barbell Rows Regular Grip 185 x 10 x 2 Reverse Grip 185 x 10 x 2 HS Low Row 135 x 10 x 2 180 x 10 x 1 Lat Pulls Close Grip 150 x 10 x 3 Couple of my friends were maxin out on bench and me bein me, got on the bench and did 315 2 times. Made me feel real good.

CHEST Bench 215 x 15 <-- 12 reps, had to re-rack.. wait 5 seconds, then pump out the last 3 245 x 6 255 x 6 275 x 2 <-- felt good, then on the 3rd rep, i hit my chest and it didn't move Incline 145 x 10 165 x 8 185 x 6 205 x 4 <-- had a little help at the middle part of the last rep Flies 50 x 8 50 x 8 50 x 5 <-- shoulder started hurtin
