id say your damn near catching up to me man. Looking good bro! i LOVE THE LATS!!! Awsome dude! Only thing I could say is flex your lats when your doing your double bi and squeeze your chest at the same time.

Anyways I did want to see a most muscular Smile Seriously looking good deltoids may need to catch up to them nice arms though it would give them an even larger appearance

Couple of my friends were maxin out on bench and me bein me, got on the bench and did 315 2 times.  Made me feel real good.

wow! good workout today.  thats all



oh, and IBB- goin along with what I posted in your journal.. today I ate normal, nothin out of the ordinary, but I've been counting calories.  on a normal day I'm hitting anywhere between 35-4500 calories; over 220g protein.  like I said, the weekends make it tough to eat on a normal schedule, but having 5 days at over 3500 calories and 2 days at about 2000 calories, wouldnt I still be able to gain weight or is that deficit too much for my body to handle?
