Been movin'/unpackin all weekend.. still got a little more to do, but made it to the gym anyways.. supposed to be helpin a few friends move tomorrow so we'll see if I make it in there for back day.  I'm wore out from the weekend.. wednesday is my day off.. I can't wait.

gym's been closed for most of the week so that they can do maintenence repairs so its ready when school starts back up.. kinda pissed bout that

ok I feel like a bum, the move and last weeks vacation really wore me out.. just paid tuition for this coming up semester so I can get back into the gym..

been twice in the last 2 weeksSmile

sittin at 190lbs right now without lifting, so I'm happy, and come tomorrow I can get back in there and hopefully get up to a lean 210 by next summer

I feel like my weights are real low, but in about 6 weeks when I switch back to the 6-8 rep range, I think my weights should be pretty good.  I also really wanna get some maxes, but I don't wanna waste a workout on that, so I'll just wait til I switch programs and max out before I start a new one.

just them pics off my phone are the only ones I got right now.  I'm gonna be on this workout plan for another 5-6 weeks then I'll post some more.  I'll use my roommate's digital next time tho so I can get some better ones.  taking those 2 weeks off really hurt.  I'm starting to fill back out and put weight back on.  Getting over 200g protein a day is really helping.  scale weight was 190 when I woke up this morning.

I wanted to switch back over to barbell but school just started back up so the gym is PACKED and you can't get on a bench so I'm stickin with DB's til the whole beginning of the year workout hype dies off
