HELLO eveybody. My name is Juancho,im 28 years old and i've been trainind since i was 22. I just bought m1t and novedex extreme by gaspari and i have not idea how to cicle them. I'm 185 lbs. 5'11 and i just want to get a good jump star on weight training now that i've been off for a couple months. What i understand is that i have to take one pill of m1t in the morning with breakfast for 4 weeks, and get off the cicle for the next 4 weeks. And then during the off cicle i should start taking the nova for those 4 weeks to allow my body to clean up.And i can go back to another cicle for 4 weeks with m1t. How many cicles are recommended? Thank you in advance for your help.

hello, i am 17 years old, from TX, about 135 lbs. i am new to body building. about a year ago, i attempted to body build all by myself.... although, after about 4 or 5 months without any results, i finally just called it quits. i worked out about 2 hours a day, every day, 30 minutes of pushups, 30 minutes of situps, 30 minutes of dumbells, and 30 minutes of the weight bench. last spring, i ran for the track team, i got many cramps, but i finished the season. my friends and i want to start a new year's resolution, and to get fit. we both are in our junior year of highschool, and we have a part time job, which we can alter the schedule acordingly. I do not know where to start, i am pretty much lost to where to start, and would greatly appreciate some help. i want to get in shape just to look good, i dont really need to lose weight or to get a healthier life style, i eat a pretty healthy diet. Thanks.

Hello my name is Jordan and i am of the age of 16, Lately I have been contemplating whether or not to get my body in shape but never had the balls nor the info to do so. I am 5 ft 11" and i weigh 230 pounds. I am clearly over weight and would like to lose some of that. I would also like to shape this into muscle. I am not sure where to start. I am a full time high school student and i sing in the choir. my school does not have sports. I also have a part time job and have a somewhat flexible schedule. I have a very good way of motivation i just need a start. i want to basically have a work out scedule and or diet so that i may start this and hopefully be succesful. Thank-you.

Just saying hello. fotomus says....I go to college and work at the same time. I am roughly 5'10", currently @ 159lbs. I am heading back to school in another week and really want to focus on bulking up and gaining a little mass. I am pretty cut now, most of that 159 is mucsle (only 9% bodyfat....not too shabby). Thanks, nice forum. Edit: I guess age could matter....I am 20, and single for those ladies that might care :D

Hi all! I'm a 28 yo male and have been lifting on and off for about three years. I live in Ireland and train regularly (maybe too often!). I work in security and study evenings. I am 5' 7'' and 174lbs and about 20% body fat. I supplement quite a bit and eat a high protein diet (not as strictly as I would like). My goal is to reach 196lbs with about the same body fat or less. I would like to achieve this over the next 1-2 years. My motto is before you try something new -research it thoroughly. Glad to have joined and hope to gain from everyones experience. Best of luck in your endeavours - whatever they may be!

Names Zach. im 17, from ohio and im in rugby, track, powerlifting, and maybe football next year, i am even considering wrestling. i played soccer for my first 2 years of high school too. i won the Presidential Fitness award at my school. (50+ pushups, 11 pullups, 6:20 mile, 80+ situps in under a minute, and i dont remember what my shuttle run was but i beat pres. by like .6 secs or somthing..)im 5'11", weight 140, i have as of now 5.1% body fat. (my soph year i had 2.9% :D...that was unhealthy, i was in too good a shape...)my bench is 145,squat 225+(gotten 265 but was about a couple inches from parallel so it didnt count :( . ) deadlift 225+ (i havent tried for more cause i just got down my deadlifting cause thats the one thing i am not used to). i have okay pecs and have a 6 pack workin on 8,(which i had a couple of months ago but got lazy.) i am currently taking no2 and creatine and eat only good food. i NEVER drink pop or eat anything too bad if i can help it. my waist is about 30". my main goals is to bulk up for football but still keep very agile as im goin for punt return. which everyone i play football with says i would dominate at. because i am one of those guys that find openings and shoot through em in an instant. :D drop me a line

Hey, I’m Mark. I am 21 years old and have been weight lifting for 8 years (since my freshmen year of high school). I first got into weight lifting for sports (I did football, shot put and wrestling in high school), but now I lift for personal enjoyment. I have never had a change to bulk up and see how much muscle I could get due to wrestling (I was a 215 pounder in high school, but I cut down to 197lbs for my year wrestling in college). I work full time for the California Army National Guard, and am stationed in Santa Rosa, CA. I try to lift 4 times per week, but the eventful last few months have caused my training to suffer a bit. My goal (as it always has been) is to lower my body fat and gain strength. My current specs are listed below: Height: 70†Weight: 230lbs Waist: 38†Biceps: 17.5†(mostly Triceps, one of my goals is to increase the size of my biceps) Neck: 16.5†(which plays against me for body fat in the Army) Bench: 335lbs Squat: 315lbs x 8 (most I’ve done in a while due to lack of a spotter, probably right around 385lbs for my one rep) Dead lift: Need to find out, after reading over this site, it seems that dead lift stats are as frequently noted as max benches (so I guess I need to jump on the wagon!) I have already gotten lots of good info from this site; I look forward to learning more as I go! Mark

Hi! I'm a married, 35yr old mother of two beautiful boys (ages 14-months and 4yrs) and have just graduated from "basic fitness" to the bodybuilding sect. Looking for sensible, honest information and advice about nutrition, supplements and routines. Glad I found this site! My stats are 5'3" at 113lbs at 16% body fat. My routine is M W F cardio and abs, T upper body weight training and TH lower body weight training. Occasionally I will do a spin class on Sat or Sun. My glutes and abs are the toughest areas for me that I'm not seeing the results I want. Supplements are protein/whey shakes and Sann Tight. Diet is fairly lean throughout the week, but lax on the weekend. I know diet is paramount to a healthy, fit body, so any suggestions would be helpful! Thanks...
