You can, but the real question is why?  NO Xplode and Nitrix contain the same stuff as the NOS... taking that much may result in diarhhea or something else.

I've been taking 6 Star Body Fuel, it's sold in Wal-Mart. I like it, tastes good, cheap, basic requirements for a good protein shake are met, plus it has flax seed oil and a little bit of creatine mono,

I personally would pick one or the other, but if you have no bad sides and really need that extra pump, go for it.

*edit

Ran a few searches on it, and I found this...

4. How much should be taken? Are there any side effects?
With any amino acid containing product, overdose is a possibility. Dosing with too much arginine can lead to diarrhea, weakness and nausea. Clear dosing guidelines have not been established, so it is best to do what is known as "tolerance mapping". Take a small dosage for one week, note the benefits and the side effects, and increase the dosage until the benefits are maximized and the side effects minimized. Over time the two will converge and you will hit the optimal dose. This process is similar to "receptor mapping" for bodybuilders who use insulin.

I been using the NOS on workout days and the regular L-Argenine on non workout days (just to use it up bc now I have a whole bottle left) The jury is still out on if NOS is working for me, I just took 3 more and going to work out now.

On Tuesday, only my second day on NOS from Wal Mart, I definately started to feel the effects.  I didn't take it yesterday on the 4th because I was drinking, but I will resume today and my guess is that by next week the results will be in full effect.

Also, for some reason the AAKG pills work much better for me with a rep range of 8-12.

Did legs today after popping 3 30 mins before dong squats and leg extentions and curls. I felt a great pump in my legs...its tough to think back and compare it to the pumps I had before, because I did have pumps before too. But I believe its having an effect so I will stay using them.

Felt some lightheadedness the other day doing arms...which had a pretty good pump going, must be getting more blood to the muscles (and less to te head that day) Smile

Better than with what rep range?
I'm guessing lower reps...?

I agree, when I was taking the NOS pills, I definitely got more of a pump with higher reps, like you said, 8-12, than with powerlifting reps.  The muscle gets contracted more and more blood rushes to the scene.  I rarely use N.O. products though, only when I need to be motivated, lol.

Well i picked up a bottle of the Body Fortress NOS on monday, used tuesday and today. So far not really any big pumps...if anything todays work out ( chest and shoulders) was kinda bland..and now i dont really feel as if i worked out at all. But it sounds like it may take a couple of uses for the full efects to come right?? I plan on following the dirrections on the bottle and using it only on workout days.

I would estimate that you should feel the effects by the end of the first week.  For me, I nearly feel it right away.  Some people though said that it doesn't work for them so I think it depends on the individual.

Also, next time you do a chest workout, finish it with a set or two of pushups to failure and see if you can feel the difference.

Personally, I also think it takes a low bf% to see N.O. products working.  With higher body fat, it's easier to see the higher level of vascularity and the "swolleness" that the products give to you.

In my opinion, and personal experience, it is easier to see the vascularity (because there is no overlying fat on your blood vessels) and swolleness with a lower body fat percentage.  When I took N.O. Xplode and NOS (at different times of course), my veins were a LOT bigger than they normally were.  That's all that vasodilator products do for me.  I mean, they increase blood flow, so more nutrients are distributed, but I buy them for motivational purposes, lol.  Cuz getting physically pumped pumps me up and keeps me in the game.  But my friend, who was 22% body fat, got a rush off the caffeine in no xplode, but couldn't tell a thing by looking at or feeling his arms...  That may have just been his reaction though.

K, that makes perfect sense.  Plus, for most people, better size gains are made between 8 and 12 reps...

Make sure you take it a half hour or 45 mins before workout, and try to have a pretty empty stomach when you take them.

Yes, an empty stomach maximized results when I took it, but I hate lifting hungry, lol, so I normally didn't take it on an empty one.

And also, I forgot to post earlier that it took between 4 and 6 uses for me to experience the full effect of either N.O. Xplode or NOS.

I mean that I didn't see much day one.  Then from then on till the 5th or 6th use it kept getting better but I didn't feel it fully until the 5th or 6th time.  Like the pumps were only mediocre till then.
