Ha so am I Smile
I think I have lost a lot of fat from my bum and legs, I didn't take a before picture of them but they were and still are chunky. All my trousers and shorts feel looser. I noticed a couple of day ago when I went to put a pair of jeans o that I hadn't worn for a few weeks and they were so loose lol.
Thanks for support be back to write later.

Ok I decided I would take some pictures for the 2 week mark, I think there are definately some improvements, esp my legs but got not before pic so didn't bother with one today. Think my lower stomach has definately shrunk. And my back aswell, I'm not good at posing, I think I got one of my pecs tensed and not the other rofl. Here goes:

I am tensing in all of these obviously, I actually have built some lower abs in the last two weeks lol.

Thanks for the support guys. Some people down at my gym told me I shouldn't really be cutting atm so I made a post somewhere else on the forum and they also told me to bulk up first so I have stopped using the stack for now. I still have enough BC to do 6 weeks once a gain some weight.

Thanks again for following this

hey maybe you should try a new regime, like target major muscle groups once a week so you get more moves in and less chance of overtraining.

i have a gap year been doing serious new workout routine for 12 weeks been on reflex whey always, and bsn NO explode for 2 weeks.
seen good results like increase in every move strength and recuperation and energy focus is all good so lifting more so more growth and more mass.

maybe try

monday      back
tue            legs
wed           rest/chest
thurs          shoulders
fri              rest / arms
sat             rest
sunday        rest

im not sure how much time you have in hands but shuffle it accordingly, do you go to a gym or use your garage or other means? i do not know what the purpose of this stack is so please tell me, is it a fat loss stack ? :S maybe you should just do abs at start of your workouts and dont give a whole day to them for training. what other supplements do you take? maybe look into using a nice creatine supplement if not already.

and a tip on your whey shakes, use it asap always after any workout as this is when you need protein fastest to start recovering for next days workout and to start building the muscle fibres asap.  and for the food and diet stuff, im very bad at this myself, but try to cook for yourself more if you dont its a good habit to get, like start with basic tin of tuna and some good quality brown pasta for a good protein and carb meal and the niacin in the tuna will be handy as it makes bloodvessels look bigger and stick out more for a more ripped look.

my stomach is not like it used to be like between age 12- 16 was always '6 pac' but i weighed only 10 stone , but now i have a less defined 4-5 pac at moment, it doesnt bother me as im aiming to try and put on mass then i will just hit cardio real heavy when i start to sculpt myself out when i reach the mass i want, my cardio is only like 5 mins before each workout at medium intensity. but i shall increase this later. maybe just up you intensity of your workouts for that ripped look. good luck keep it posted on your results
