Welcome to the start of my review. I'm also hoping for some advise from you in the USA (Im all the way from the UK btw Smile) as I am a bit of a novice when it come to diets and supplements to be honest Smile

As You can see from the title I am going to be trying out Basic Cuts + Melting points for the next 6-8 weeks, I was inspired to do this by Avaric3's review. Also at my gym I see some guys that are pretty ripped and I can lift just as much as them but I can't really see all of my muscles and would like to because I Don't think I look nearly as good as I should do.

Ok so here are my statistics:

Age - 17
Height  - 5'11"
Weight - 161 lb  (Btw could someone tell me the converion for Kg - Lb so I can use Lb for you guys).
BodyFat (%) - 11 or 12 (Although I find it hard to believe, you will to when you see my pics).

(I assumed this was taken when you are tensed..)
Neck- 14.5
Chest - 38
L Arm - 13
R Arm - 13
F arm - 11 and a bit
Wrist - 6.5
Stomach - 32
Waste - 30.5
Hips - 36.5
Calves - 15.5

The only other supp I use at the moment is MetRX Whey Protien, I take it as follows:
. One scoop + water with my breakfast.
. One scoop + skimmed milk post training or around 3pm on non-workout days.
. One scoop + water before bed.

My diet is not very strict but I don't consider it to be unhealthy:
. Breakfast - Weetabix, orange juice
. Lunch - Some sort of sandwhich (Brown bread) with chicken or ham, banana and/or apple
. Dinner - Whatever my parents cook me tbh, although I do say no when they offer to take me out for pizza etcSmile

Finally my workout schedule:
Sunday - Shoulders + Arms
Monday - Abs (Also adding HIIT cardio).
Tuesday - Shoulders + Arms
Wednesday - Abs (Also adding HIIT cardio).
Thursday - Chest + Back
Friday - Legs
Saturday - Rest (Finally .....)

Here are some pics of me currently (Please don't laugh, might be pulling a funny face in some lol)
http://img253.imageshack.us/my.php?image=img0516jr6.jpg
http://img516.imageshack.us/my.php?image=img0521lw0.jpg
http://img513.imageshack.us/my.php?image=img0520de3.jpg
http://img522.imageshack.us/my.php?image=img0523be2.jpg

Ok so tommorow is the day I start using the basic cuts and melting point so I will write up my feedback, USA is like 11 hours ahead of the UK or something like that though right?
Thanks in advance.

Also I thought I would add this picture of me about 18 months ago in Jamaica to show you how far I've come since then, this I am quite proud of to be honest.

Ok, so it's day 1:

Woke up and took 2BC and 1MP capsule about 30 mins before I had my breakfast. And just taken my second MP capsule of the day at 10:30am, so far I havn't felt any aches or pains but then again I have only just started.

Today is my second Shoulders + Arms of the week and I usually play five-a-side "soccer" in the evening but I am not playing tonight so I might add some cardio when I go to the gym later.

I am planning on taking 4MP capsules a day to start with;
. 1 first thing
. 2nd at 10:30 or there abouts
. 3rd around lunch time
. 4th before I head to the gym which is usually at 3-4 ish

If anyone has a better scheme of taking them and hints for my diet then I would be most grateful.
Thanks

Still day 1:

My workout was Shoulders + Arms today, this consists of (Don't know some of the technical names):

. Tri-set of "barbel curl" into "incline barbel curl" into "concerntrated barbel curl" - 39lb - 10 to 12 reps each - 3 sets.
. Tri-set of "Hammer curl" into "incline hammer curl" into "concerntrated hammer curl" - 35lb - 10 to 12 reps each - 3 sets.
. "Reverse barbel curl" - 39lb into "Horizontal pull upSmile" - 10-12 reps each - 3 sets.

. Tri-set of "barbel tricep extension" into "Lowering it behind your head so it nearly touches the floorSmilelol" into "Tricep concerntrated push up with the barbel" - 39 lb - 9-12 reps each - 3 sets.
. "Dip + 22lb rested on me" into "close grip push-up" - 10 to 12 reps for dip and about 5 for pushup - 3 sets

. "Dead lift" straight into "Olympic bar military press" straight into "Squat" and back to the beginning then repeat - 8 reps then 2 sets of 5 reps when added 11lb.
. "Military press frontal" straight into "Military press rear" - 50lb - 8 reps on each - 3 sets.
. Tri-set on cable machine of "Lateral raise" front, side and back - 22lb each arm - 10 to 12 reps - 3 sets.

This was a new shoulder workout for me and I experimented with a few other exercises aswell.

As for the BC + MP I can feel eat munching away at my fat already Smile, also when I was working out; especially with the deadlifts + biceps my veins were really visible and I felt pumped lol.

Still welcoming advise, thanks.

five a side is like a 45mins cardio HIT session in itself, worse then the bleep test, looks like your doing relatively good but I only had a quick glance as I'm kinda busy.

Shame your busy, I have just finished my first year of A-levels and I got a week off horah Smile

Day 2:
Today I feel good, sometimes my stomach size blows out when I eat something but since I started this review it has been pretty much flat, must mean that my body is burning up more cals or something which is good.
Still no muscle cramping, I am drinking plenty of water (yesterday was about 5litres).

Today at the gym I done my first HIIT workout EVER!, Thus I done it slightly wrong;
.I jogged for 1min (Instead of 90s) at 10km/h.
.Then ran for 1min (Instead of 30s) at 15km/h.
(Not sure if those speeds are correct, thats just the number that came up on treadmill and I know the distance is in km)

I lasted 16 mins out of my desired 20 mins. The machine said I cover just over 3km and burnt 300 cals so I was quite pleased anyway. Also the BC+MP are supposed to increase the amount of cals you burn is it not? So hopefully I burnt more cals. Also I set it to a slight incline because it feels more comfortable on my knees.

I thought at lunch I would crack open some baked beans because I do like them very much so Smile. And I know they are very good in terms of nutrition, but I then realised that the sugar and salt levels from the sauce were quite high. So knowing this I decided to get a strainer and wash away almost all of the sauce Smile.
I am going to have a potato and garlic omlette for my dinner, it's doesn't have much fat in it at all (About 5g). But the carbs are quite high, do I really need to cut carbs down in the evening? Because it is hard to make a meal without it.

Also could someone comment on my diet, It is shown in my first post. Could do with a proposed calory intake per day, how much protien/carbs/fat intake as well.

Thankyou.

Still Day 2:

Well my mum just got home from seeing my nan and my nan cooked a massive turkey she had in the freezer to give to me Smile yummmm.
So turkey will probs be mostly what I eat in the next few days. I will get rid of the skin though, even though it's the best part lol Smile

Day 3:
Well it's the moring of day 3 here and I do feel a lot thinner round the waist, I'm not sure if it's fat loss or just that my stomach is not bloated like it used to be with food lol.
I definately think it has some psychological effects because I have only been on the stuff for 2 full days and I think there are already differences lol. But I suppose there might be I don't know.
I am going to increase the MP dosage today to 5 caps because I havn't suffered any cramps yet, and I have been drinking about 5 litres of water a day. Then if I still suffer no cramps I will do the whole 6 although I think that might be too much.

My plans for the day are to do my Chest+Back workout at the gym and I am also going to play tennis with my friend today as well. I don't find tennis exhausting but I did do my HIIT yday and will try and do it again tomorow but it is my Leg workout day then...

I'll be back on later to post the days results, thanks.

Day 3 cont'd:

Well today has been good and bad.

The good being that the MP+BC is fine and I am still yet to have any muscle cramping or other side affects. Also I do think I am a little more defined especially whilst working out, some guy I havn't seen for a while said I had gotten bigger and leaner but that is about a month so that is not necesarily the BC+MP but I think they are great!

The bad being that I wanted to change my Back+Chest workout and I think I knda failed.
You may not believe it but I have never trained my chest by doing a bench press with a bar, only dumbells. Is it right that I can do 51lb each arm with dumbells but only 89lb in total with a bar and do 8 reps?

So anyway I couldn't think of a decent mix of exercises to do so could someone please post me a sample for a Back+Chest workout for me please???

As I said earlier I played tennis today so that was a little bit of cardio but not intense, but I did my HIIT yesterday.

My diet today has been good again, consisting of brown bread and potato omlette in the morning and afternoon and turkey breasts and egg whites in the evening. And a banana here and there Smile

I don't know how many people are following this at the moment but any help, guidlines and criticism are much appreciated. I think I will post some "Work in progress" results at the 2 week mark, what do you think?

Thanks

Day 4:

Even though I didn't think I'd worked my chest+back very well yesterday my chest feels like I gave it a good one.

I have decided to start taking 6 MP's a day because I havn't had any side affects. I didn't really think I would from the start because I'm rarely or have anything wrong with me.

Today I will be working out my legs and trying to do another HIIT but I doubt I will. I will probably do another HIIT workout tomorow instead.

I will be back later as usual to post on the whole days results.
Thanks.

Day 4 cont'd:

Today has gone well for me, I decided to take 6 MP + 4 BC caps. Everything went fine with that and I took the MP in 3 lots of 2 caps.
It is hard to tell whether I have lost any fat at the moment because it is the evening. Also I see myself everyday so little changes go un-noticed but it feels like it is doing something.

Today I trained my legs and managed to do 20 mins of HIIT afterwards and was told it burnt 350 ish cals from the treadmill.

As of Sunday I am changing my whole workout routine because I feel it is time for a change, now it will go like this:

Sunday - Strength test and then this will be an off day for the next 8 weeks.
Monday - Chest, shoulders, triceps and biceps
Tuesday - HIIT cardio
Wednesday - Back, shoulders, triceps and biceps
Thurday - HIIT Cardio
Friday - Chest, shoulders, triceps and biceps
Saturday - Legs, calves
Sunday - HIIT cardio
Monday - Back, shoulders, triceps and biceps

So the back and chest alternate.

Here is a sample of a workout
http://img339.imageshack.us/my.php?image=workoutty6.png

Can't wait to see my end results but I am going to have to stay on track untill it's over lol.

Will be posting tomorow night with the days results although it is a complete rest day. Although this thread is very quiet at the moment...

I was on MP and BC, but stopped taking the MP cause i had reached my goal alot sooner then i thought i would. Only got thru half of the bottle. Pretty nice stuff, was really amazed by the result being sooner then i thought. Felt no or little cramping, just drank alot of water to help with it.
Just curious i noticed you took out your cardio from before to now. how come?

Ok this is day 8 (I think):

So just over a week in and I think my results are good. I am managing to keep a sound diet but I am finding it hard to not eat carbs for my evening meal.... any ideas?

So far I don't think I have lost much fat from my stomach.... Is this normal, I did want to lose fat from that area as well. So far I think my arms have much better definition and my shoulders Smile But I am only 1 week in out of my 6-8 weeks so I suppose I should wait and be patient.

I am still taking 6 MP a day and the 4 BC and I feel fine to b honest.

I have gone back to sixth form now SmileSmile so I may not be able to do big posts everyday but I will take some pics at every 2 week mark to show the gradual progress as well as overall.

Thanks.

Thanks 40 yard, I will keep up the work Smile

It is quite hard to get motivated from results because I see myself everyday so I don't really see the changes. Just need that person I havn't seen for a while to notice lol Smile

Thanks

Ok guys I think tomorow is the 2 week mark....

Im happy with the stack so far, I'm taking 2BC+2MP upon wakening, then 2MP around 11am, then 2BC before training and 2MP after the workout. So a total of 4BC and 6MP a day.
Havn't suffered any major side affects. I think I might of had a little ache in my arm once I started back at sixth form because it was harder to drink as much water but thats fine now.

Gonna post some pics up tomorow night but I'm not sure if I should. I won't take any measurements untill the end of the 6 weeks.

ThanksSmile
