I think its easy people say you need to not eat alot and all but i eat all the time and take protien drink every day.
Exercises i do is~
not sure what its called but hang from a chin up bar and lift my knees to my chest also i have this this bench that you lay on with your feet up and you lock them in and you do sit ups on it while holding a wieght plate i do it with a 20 lb plat 30 times 3 days of the week and some times when im at the gym i do those hanging things but the bench is the best thing ever i think it only cost me 30 and it works all 8 abs you can feel all them working.
crouches-work top 4
v ups- work all 8
sit ups-top 4 a little on the bottom ones but not much
concentration crouches-work 6 and give them diffinition
hanging from a bar and lifting your legs works 8
If you want FAST abs the best thing to do is run and do couchs to get your top 4 cause those are easy then do v-ups and concentration crouchs

Actually Andy, while your eating habits might have worked for you, they won't work for most. It seems you have a high metabolism, and your body burns fat off very well without the need for counting calories and such- For most people, getting that sort of bodyfat percentage requires a LOT of work in their nutrition.

well he asked what i do. and i think that is why cuz im in very good shape but i sweat very easly so i do burn off fat easy

I hear of this fact somewhere, i agree with it; eating less is worse, if you dont eat much your metabolism will slow down, the best is to eat a lot but healty

geez, what are these 8 bumps on my stomach? sure, i'll join.
but really, i think this comp is irrelevant, because somebody who is bulking right now may have the best abs of all but can't show them off right now.
