What is No Xplode exactly and its used for what? What we gain with that?

it is a NO product that boosts energy pre-workout. It will pump you up (due to caffeine). Very small amount of creatine so basically Nitric Oxide is the main reason you take it.

im not sure on the specifics but it contains a bit of creatine but nothing significant to cause a change i believe, as for NO i dont believe it a NO product cuz thats what their nitrix line is for. noxplode always got me in the gym. take a sample before u buy the bottle.

i am sure that some people have had good experiences with it,but all it did for me was put a dent in my bank account.  it did not have any effect on me even when i took 3 scoops.

yea.. i call it jack-juice cuz it always got me jacked up to lift.. it usually kicked on good right when you warm-up before a lift.. i would do like front lunges, side lunges, prisoner squats, speed skaters, and 50 meter stride-outs in between. after i got sweaty.. i was JACKED.. but im going to try Xceed instead of the NO-Xplode.. it is supposed to be better becuase it doesnt have rediculous aounts of caffeine in it

How does this compare to SuperPump250?
I am done with a tub of SP250 and wanted to know if I should try NOXplode...
What would be better... SuperPump250/SizeOn or NOXplode/Nitrix?
Do either of these stacks contain CEE? If so, is it enough to be beneficial?
I am currently taking creatine mono and thinking about switching to CEE...what is a good sorce of CEE?

only thing I can say negative about this is,
It does make you bloat
And you have to take it on an empty stomach, Im sorry i need some complex carbs before the gym.
Other than that it does work on mental focus and a bit of power.
Will never use it again though.

Kane, have you taken SuperPump250? If so, how does it compare?
 
So it DOES make you bloated? That sux...cause it claims NOT to cause bloating...
 
If you are never going to use NoXplode again...are you currently using a supp with NO?

No im cutting,
I used superpump 250, it works, but when i took a crap, it felt like i ate 15 hot ass tacos.
It got so bad one day, I called into work becuase I couldnt walk.Took about 1 week for it to really affect me, but im sure others have had good use.
Not sure if it was the acid content in it, ot my stomach didnt like it, But i returned it to GNC since they offered me the return.
Since then I never used it.
I used MET-RX HARDCORE CEE AKG 1100MG, worked fine

Also at the same time when you bulk you will put on extra weight regardless, you need to.
I also tried creatine monohydrate (Kre-Alkalyn), works best taking some some simple carbs due to its rapid absorbition.

Make no mistake, this is a pre-workout energy product, and an effective one at that. Don't buy it for any other reason it boasts besides energy, because in every other case, there is a much more effective and cost effective product.

if your going to take NO-Xplode.. get it along with the Nitrix for NO and Cellmass for CEE. I am going to try the Xceed and N.O Limits stack. this stack is supposed to be INSANE!!.. also i heard from a lot of ppl that SP250 and sizeon is really good, but it really really messes with your stomach BAD.

The word on SP250 is true...I had a bit of stomach trouble when I started taking it but it settled down after a day or two. The pumps were great in the beginning but started to diminish after a couple of weeks of use. I also experienced the light-headed feeling that I have read about from others. One thing that I didn't experience was a great deal of energy. I would get good pumps but my energy level was not high like others have described. I would feel a bit of energy after drinking it but 30-45 minutes later when I would start to lift...I didn't feel any energy. I also did not include SizeOn...the guy at the supp shop told me that I didn't need it...
 
Before using SP250, I used to mix some plain creatine and glutamine powder with water two times a day and then drink Spark (Advocare) during my workout and I seemed to have great energy and good pumps. Have any of you guys ever used Spark? thoughts?
 
Anyway aolson, have you taken the NOXplode/Nitrix/Cellmass stack? Anyone? How did you like it? What about Syntha-6...is this protein worth the cost? What protein powder do you all suggest?

I took NO X and liked it at first, but your body quickly builds a tolerance to the caffine in it.  In addition, if you plan on stacking it with creatine, you had better get used to pissing every 5 minutes, since you will have to drink twice the amount of water to stay hydrated, that much caffine dries you out very quickly.  Not to mention caffine induces catabolism and makes your muscles wear out faster.  NO X does get you pumped to lift, but has more negative effects than that singular positive.

As for supplement suggestions, they are very subjective.  Different products work for different metabolisms, body comps, and workout regimens.  Post your height, weight, routine and diet and we'll be better able to suggest things, but in the end, it's just what works for you by trial and error.
