yea...I passed my test...that is DONE!

I have been doing well for a week and half (almost) of eating....been cooking and freezing meals...eating four times a day works for me

water intake at least 1.5-3 liters a day....working out is getting better...today will be my third day in the gym this week...

I wont weigh myself for at least a week from today...I have been doing well with the eating...

I am seeing some results tho...my arms are a little more toned and so are my legs (jumping rope, squats, lunges and the running)....with my arms I have been doing a lot of push-ups (regualr, wide, and diamond--push-ups are my favorite because I can do 50 non-stop in a row now) and my hip bone is peeking out (I dont know if this make sense-best way I can expalin it)--

I just want to be at 130...I aint been there since like first grade--haha

my spellin' suX---

I have been cooking and freezing lunch and breakfasts...I was tired of turkey and brocolli so now I am eating chicken and spinach w/brown rice...

those protein pancakes are so easy to make and yum...I still eat those for breakfast...they are so filling...

I noticed my appetite is decreasing a little bit--I think it is the heat-i dunno

my water intake is 3 liters or more a day....it is gettin' hella hot in California---

so for now-- I have more time to spend at the gym...FOR NOW....

I have a friend that is a trainer so I asked if she can help me focus on certain parts...
monday--legs and sprints
tues-chest and back
Wed--arms--biceps and triceps---when I do bicep curls I up to 25 lbs in each hand...for me that is A LOT!!
today...abs-ab wheel, leg lifts, crunches....

my body is sore...I think I am taking the day off tomorrow or I am going do some cardio--jump rope and bag work....

I have not weighed myself and I won't not yet---my goal is 130 I am at 138 last I checked...
my arms are gettin' more toned...I can see more vains...I notice a difference in my forearms....

one day I will post some pics...I really see the difference in pictures I have... between last summer and this summer coming up...it is a HUGE difference--

I dont know what my bf percentage is...I imagine it is not good(I am very curious as to what it is-so this is next)...I measured myself the best I could (I have never measured myself before I only use the scale and clothes to see progress)...so this is what it is--
* Height: 'bout 4'11
* Weight: 138
* Body Fat: I don't know.
* Neck: 12.5
* Chest: 40.5
* Waist: 33.5
* Hips: 35
* Right Thigh: 19
* Left Thigh: 19
* Calves: 13.5
* Biceps: 11.5
* Forearm: 9

I had no idea I was in the 30s for my waist...I would like to be in the 20s....I dont even want to know what my waist was 50 pds ago.

I think I am an endomorph from the descriptions I have been reading (of the three I have more of the endomorph characterisitncs). I have more of an "apple shape." I gain weight in the stomach...but my arms and legs are somewhat muscular. I am top heavy and I have small hips (like I have NO HIPS).

Most of my family is built like this on my mom's side (so yeah huge history of diabetes, cholesterol,  high blood pressure, fatty liver disease, and thyroid).

Very nice work so far!

Here's a good site to help calculate body fat:

http://www.linear-software.com/online.html

Keep up the good work!
