May 04 , 2007 heres what i did today , friday - had my first meal at 9:00 am ate a chicken breast 44g's protein at 11:00am had my second meal another chicken breast again 44g's protien whent to the gym at around 12:30 and walked on treadmill for 30 minutes plus the bike ride to and from the gym about 3 miles total to and from got home at 2:00pm and having a chicken breast again 44g's so right now im at 44 44 44 + ___ 132g's im gonna have another 130 g's through the day
